This was an amazing condo. Newly renovated from top of the line fixtures to the smallest decor. The hostess with the mostest. Planning out next adventure back here already . The view will always keep us coming back . Great memories are always made at HHI . SCK

Beautiful view

The villa was well stocked with everything we forgot. Attention to detail and our comfort was thought out. Just the right size for the two if us. Piggly Wiggly was a delight and close for snacks and lunch items. Shopping and ice cream right accross street. Will recommend to anyone coming to Hilton Head.

Just what we needed!

Great place for two people! Allison was very informative and communication over the top!! Easy check in/out, very clean, comfy, and loved the view, location, and Allison provided so much info on what’s around..... the hard part was having to choose. We actually spent quite a bit of time in the unit. The stairs gave us the only workout of our trip, much needed I might add! Thank you for sharing your place! Oh, btw, the Tiki to go cups were awesome...... cold drinks all day at the beach! ;-)

Great stay at HHI

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo! It was very clean and had everything extra that we needed. We loved that it had beach chairs already provided. The owner was very helpful throughout our stay and answered all of our questions quickly.

The condo is very cozy and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Perfect location for a quick walk to the beach, pool, shopping centers, grocery stores and restaurants. Seriously couldn't find a better location. The view of the ocean is spectacular!! I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay on HHI. Allison is very informative about the area and is quick to respond to anything you need. The rental process was so easy and made for an exciting trip to look forward to.

This condo has all of the amenities provided plus some extra!

Upon arriving, we were surprised with a few snacks and a few drinks to get us started on vacation. There were plenty of toiletries provided and even some trial sizes of any necessities that you may need while on vacation. We loved our stay on the beach! The beach was a very short walk and we loved that security was on hand during the day and evening.

Extremely pleased with this condo and our stay

This property came up in my search for a condo in Palmetto Dunes. There were no reviews but I booked based on the pictures and description and I'm so pleased we did. I heard from Allison, the property owner, shortly after the booking confirmation. She recently listed this with VRBO and we were her 1st booking. We found the condo exactly as stated in the pictures and description. The view from the oceanfront balcony is beautiful and also overlooks the pool. The condo is well stocked and equipped with anything you may need for your stay. We heard from Allison again the day before our arrival date with instructions on getting in the condo and her contact information if we needed her (she resides in HH). Coligny Park is across the street from the Breakers complex with restaurants, shopping and grocery store and is very accessible by walking. I would definitely recommend this condo for your Hilton Head stay. The Breakers complex does not have elevators so please consider that if you have mobility issues.
