This house was perfect for us. We had 5 adults and 2 small children. There was plenty space & bedrooms for everyone. The location was TOP TIER! We couldn't have picked a better spot! 20/30 mins to Pigeon Forge & 10/15 mins to downtown Gatlinburg! There were only a couple things we had problems with one being not so much of a big deal, the tv only had a select few channels. Luckily we had our own subscriptions (Paramount, Netflix, Hulu, etc.) The other issue was the hot tub. The first night we got there the tub was running and working fine. Thought it was kind of odd that we didn't have to turn it on, as it was already on & running. But the next time we went to get in it was off and the knobs were not working. Nothing we did was fixing the issue. Flipping the breaker, unplugging & plugging back up, nothing worked. I did reach out the host & got a quick response. Unfortunately the part needed for repair didn't make it in time before our trip was over. Host answered all questions quickly. Also, community pool was spacious & clean! Loved our time out there! Beautiful place, will definitely stay again!!...oh, and Bears! We saw soo many bears walking around. So cool! Definitely keep doors locked & food out of vehicles!

Great location! No crazy steep driveways. Nice and spacious and plenty of activities to do. We really enjoyed our visit.
