Be one of the first to stay at this newly remodeled Lido Key, 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom 725 sq ft condo. Sleep comfortably in new (2026) hybrid mattress king bed with premium linens. Enjoy the inviting new spacious bathroom with Roman style rainfall shower. While designed for two guests, the unit can accommodate 4 with its spacious living area and new memory foam mattress sleeper sofa. Guests can enjoy well appointed kitchen with suite of new stainless steel appliances, including microwave, disposal, and dishwasher. Launder your clothes inside the unit’s large capacity brand new washer and dryer. Guests can enjoy high speed internet and 50” smart tv s in living room and bedroom. Enjoy fresh coffee from supplied coffee bar. Walk to the beach, Ted Sterling Park, St Armand’s Circle, or the heated pool on premises. Beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella are provided. Parking provided on premises (no fee).

One of the better places we have stayed. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Great location. Comfy bed, spacious bathroom and having a washer dryer was a bonus. Would stay again. Hosts were very responsive.

The unit was beautiful! Quiet and felt very secure. Location was close to many great beaches and great seafood restaurants. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The pool was clean and warm. Will definitely come back.

The property was recently renovated and everything was brand new and clean. The unit was well-equipped, very comfortable and located a walkable distance to Lido beach and St. Armands Circle. We appreciated that the owners provided beach chairs and towels, a beach umbrella and a coffee maker with plenty of K-Cups. The owners were very responsive when we had a question. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Couldn’t recommend this stay more! Very clean, spacious, and great location. Love that they provide beach chairs, umbrella and towels. You can walk to lido beach and St Armands circle in minutes. St Armand’s circle is full of restaurants and shops. It’s about 2.5 miles from downtown Sarasota (there’s sidewalks all the way from the vrbo to downtown if you want to get a good walk or run in!). There’s also a free trolly called the bay runner that will pick you up at lido beach and bring you downtown and back. Will definitely be looking to stay here whenever I visit the area!

Did not use the pool. Beach at the south end was less busy. More dishwater and wine glasses. Also 9x13 and a casserole. Other than that it was just lovely.

Our future guests will now have additional dishware, wine glasses, beach chairs, including high back beach chairs, and facial tissue. We have also increased the variety of coffee and iced coffee we provide. Review:Talk about a surprise!This condo was great! It’s a cute 1 br with a full kitchen, a spacious living area, and a beautiful bathroom. Since I have never been to Lido Key in Sarasota, Florida, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised. The small condo complex is perfect. The moment we opened the door to this newly and completely renovated unit we were nothing but smiles. Everything was thoughtfully designed for guests and the host was extremely responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again. More importantly I would recommend this unit to other travelers. It’s close to everything and you can literally walk anywhere with no problem. Thank you to our hosts for having us.

I am retired from a career in public service. My family and I live here in lovely Sarasota, and have owned this condo for about three decades. We recently finished a year long remodel in 2026, and listed this gem of as a vacation rental. We live here full time and are family owner operators.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Since acquiring this place 30 years ago, we realized the value of its location, with hiking, kayaking, beach life, and St Armand’s circle all steps away. We often used this condo as a weekend getaway for ourselves and family. Although the structure is old, from the 1950s and 1960s, it is updated with modern amenities, safety, and still is unsurpassed for its location.

Location is everything. Beach, hiking, kayaking, excellent dining, are all a few steps away. Many guests will park their car and walk everywhere, or use UBER for more distant visits. Bikes and mopeds are also readily available for rent steps from this spot.
