Best locations, facilities and friendly staff

The staff are super friendly and the spa and pool were kept to a very high standard. The location to main lifts was a short walk and also to all the the fantastic dining. Highly recommended if you don’t or do have a car

Good accommodation and location

We loved the location, close enough to village center but far enough from crowd and noise. Staff were attentive and room was clean, we had everything we needed. The only think I couldn’t give 5 star due to outdated furniture. Room requires an update , the rest is good.

Nice stay - as advertised

Property was as advertised. Very basic, no updates, but as shown in pics. Location is great. View of the pool which was nice. Enjoyed sitting on the patio. Bed was comfortable. Very clean property. We would definitely book again. My only suggestions would be to get black out blinds or some drapes for the bedroom. It gets bright very early in the morning. Also, it would be nice to have a little table on the patio for drinks or to play cards etc. Also, a side table in the tv room would be nice.

Great spot close to the village with nice hot tubs!

When comparing to other locations, the price and location of Cascade Lodge could not be beaten. Some of the great things: - Close to Whistler Village -Two hot-tubs and heated pool -Free shuttle to get to Whistler base and back with skis -Kitchenette & fireplace. -Beautiful view of Blackcomb on clear days. Some things that could have been improved: -Dishwasher wasn't working throughout the stay - they did try to fix it but it still didn't work. Likely is fixed by now... -During the week stay no one comes to clean the room, empty garbage and recycling. During the week stay garbage and recycling did get full.. though I suppose we could have called the front desk. Overall, I'd recommend!

Curtains for the bedroom.

I would suggest black out curtains for the bedroom. It’s nice getting up early but the bedroom window faces east so the sun wakes you up quick. Other than that it was great.

Nice location

Enjoyed our stay. Full kitchen so we were able to cook a few meals rather than eat out. Great location close to main village but far enough away not to hear loud partiers at night, the heated pool and hot tubs were nice. Would definitely stay again.

Unrealized Possibilities

Great location. Nice building. Great pool and very nice set of hot tubs. Seemed very quiet. Out of the Village just so that it was still convenient to get to the lift but you didn’t have to listen to party town at night. The bad news is an absolutely busted armchair. I could not believe that it was existent in the unit. There was a cigarette hole burn in one of the cushions on the couch. The tap in the bathroom came undone. It wasn’t screwed in. I had to screw it back in. It leaves a bad taste with you when you know it’s simply neglect and easy to fix.

Fridge kept us awake

The fridge made a loud noise off and on for the 2 days we were there. Sometimes it would shut off completely, other times it would make a loud rumble. It wasn’t very cold either. Loud noise kept us up at night.
