The Space:

🏠 The property is two attached units with private entrances, both fully included in your reservation. No shared spaces with other guests.

Your group gets the whole thing.



🛏️ Six queen bedrooms across both units sleep 16 comfortably. Five private bathrooms mean no lines. Both kitchens are fully equipped for group cooking — or order in and use the dining tables.



🎯 The game room comes with a foosball table and poker setup. Step outside to the private patio with an outdoor chess set. Two private garages plus driveway parking for up to 8 vehicles total means parking is never a problem, even for a big group road trip.



📶 Fast Wi-Fi runs through both units, with dedicated workspaces for anyone mixing business with the trip.

🏠 Property Layout:



• This is a full property reserved exclusively for your group

• The home is designed as two attached units with separate private entrances

• Both units are included in your reservation



• The units are NOT connected internally. To move between Unit 2405 and Unit 2407, guests must exit outside and enter through each unit’s private entrance

• The backyard areas are also separated by a fence and are not connected as one large shared backyard

• No spaces are shared with other guests



• Stairs are required to access upper-level areas

• DO NOT move or mix items between Units 2405 and 2407. If any items are moved, they must be returned to their original unit and placement. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee of $200.00



This layout is ideal for larger groups who want shared space with added privacy.

• Two private garages available.

• Each driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles

• Ample on-site parking for larger groups

• No street or paid parking required



Please do not block sidewalks or neighboring driveways.



🔑 Key Fob Notice



• A building key fob is provided for elevator and shared amenity access.

• Lost, unreturned, or damaged key fobs will incur a $200 replacement fee.

• Please keep the key fob with you throughout your stay and return it according to the checkout instructions.



🐾 Pets:



✔️ Maximum of 2 pets allowed

✔️ Pets are welcome with prior approval

✔️ $25 pet fee per pet, per night

✔️ Pets must be leashed at all times in common areas and outside the unit
