everything about this property was great. It housed our large team comfortably, and was very clean. I would definitely stay here again. The only problem we found was the dryer not working on the 4303 side.

Great stay for a working weekend!

We rented the property to have a working weekend to strategize for 2025. Lots of space for everyone, the amenities were great, the place was super clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

Amazing, modern house with lots of space

The house is very well furnished and decorated. More than enough space for 16+ people! Each room has its own bathroom, which makes it much easier to accommodate large groups. The owner is very attentive and willing to customize the experience to your group

Big, clean and great for large groups

The unit has a lot of space, huge kitchen and living rooms. The outside decks are also nice. Only weird thing is one of the bedrooms is also the passage way to the other half of the unit. Folks had to walk through the bedroom to access half the house.

Wedding Weekend

This property was perfect for our family. There were 12 adults and one child. The two mirror houses had great spaces for gathering. Two very large kitchens. Lots of spaces inside and out. Having bedrooms with baths for each couple was outstanding. Any questions I had were answered quickly. Close to the wedding venue. Plenty of restaurants close by. Having access to the garages was very nice. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Fabulous Home

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It is clean, large and very comfortable. There was a lot of entertainment space, which made it very nice to hang out in the unit. The location is great in a quiet neighborhood that was close to downtown. The Management was friendly and helpful with check in and check out. Amongst the most communicative groups we’ve ever stayed with. The only slight ‘hiccup’ was discovering that the extra beds in a couple of the bedrooms were fold up mattresses. Although quite comfortable and bedding included, we had envisioned actual bed frames in those rooms. Not a big issue.

Beautiful Duplex. Well stocked. If you use both, then it's more like 7 bedrooms

These two duplexes were great. Very well kept. Plenty of amenities. Very modern with great furniture. Great host. HOWEVER important to know is that if you plan on using all 8 bedrooms (as we did) then the connecting door to the two duplexes goes right through the middle of one of the downstairs bedrooms. Meaning that person has no privacy when people want to go back and forth. This should probably be mentioned in the listing. There is an outside long loop way to get back and forth too though. Luckily we only needed 8 bedrooms for one of our 3 night stay. Everything else was perfect. Thank you!

strange..

We were in Dallas for a world conference and didn't want to stay in the boring (Sheraton) meeting hotel. This property consists of two identical houses. We rented both houses. Both houses have the potential to be quite nice. Unfortunately, the furnishings are rather sterile and uncomfortable. Maintenance slots were missed and the gardener hasn't seen the property in a while... the weeds are growing everywhere. Until the day of departure, the second house didn't open with the provided code. This means that we didn't see the second house from the inside at all. Instead, five of us had to spread out over four bedrooms and therefore four beds. Communication with the owner was extremely difficult. The problem of the door remaining locked was passed on to us. According to the owner, we weren't entering the code correctly. It often took hours for a response via text message. Sometimes there was no response until the following day. The owner was not reachable by phone at all. The owner didn't feel it necessary to personally visit to resolve the issue. After we were only able to use half of the property, we asked the owner to refund half of the rental price. Even after reminding him of this, we received no response. At the last day the owner admitted that the door of the second house was locked from the inside. We strongly recommend booking an alternative if you're considering booking this property.
