Newhouse Manor est situé sur trois superbes hectares de terrain accueillant un objectif de basket-ball, des trampolines, une piscine et beaucoup d'espace pour les familles. Disponible pour les événements moyennant un supplément, s'il vous plaßt renseigner pour plus de détails. Il y a une cour clÎturée séparée qui verrouille solidement dans les chevaux et a également une grange ouverte pour caler. L'intérieur de la station est trÚs ouvert, aéré et spacieux avec une grande lumiÚre naturelle. Newhouse Manor est équipé de WIFI pour le divertissement et les affaires. Pour accéder à la 7Úme chambre, vous devez avoir 12 personnes ou plus pour que le prix soit inclusif. Dans le cas contraire, des frais supplémentaires sont facturés pour la 7Úme chambre, qui peut accueillir 2 lits Queen

Our group of 10 had a great time, the house was perfect for our fantasy football draft weekend. There were enough beds for everyone, and even better to have that many beds with no bunkbeds. Enough space for everyone not to feel cramped. The game room and pool were clutch.

Family Gathering

My family gathered to see my Aunt for her 80th bday. 18 of us from ages 81-8. House accommodated all of us and we had a GREAT time. Kessa, the property manager, was AWESOME! Responsive and helpful hotels as well. Perfect for large family gatherings and so many games and activities on the property.

Great wedding weekend

Great home, nicest owners, pool amazing. Plenty of room for all 5 kids plus my husband and I. Grandkids loved the books and games . The game room was great for all ages.

We had a large family gathering in Dallas over the Thanksgiving holiday and took advantage of staying at the Newhouse Mansion, and we have no regrets! This was place was awesome and perfect for our group. We loved the seclusion and the incredible space of the house. I’ve never stayed in a master suite as large and comfortable as here. Plenty of rooms and tons of space allowed our “pack” to spread out and be completely comfortable (we had 3 couples and 3 more “kids”). We loved the game room area and got a lot of use out of that. The local area had plenty of restaurant and grocery options, which came in handy, and while traffic is always challenging in Dallas, access anywhere was pretty doable.Kessa was a very welcoming host - easy to contact and wanting to make sure all was well with our stay. We would absolutely stay at the Newhouse Mansion again, and honestly, I’d love to do it warm weather because the pool out back is one of the best VRBO pools I’ve seen at a residence. Thank you, Kessa and family, for letting us enjoy your home. We’ll be back!

A Place of Love

The New House Manor is filled with love and it is evident as soon as you walk in. There is nothing inaccurate from the images and the area is fantastic. The pool was very clean and all the bathrooms and eating areas were clean and welcoming. You will not regret booking here!

Best place to stay in Dallas metro

What an amazing property and an equally wonderful host. Huge home with all the amenities- pool, hot tub, game room, comfy beds, plenty of parking. Nice quiet neighborhood with anything you’d need within a couple minute drive. If you need a larger home don’t pass this one up. 5 stars!!!

This family reunion was absolutely fabulous. The property manager (Kessa) was fabulous. Her communication skills were such that she made us feel very comfortable from the start. The house was very clean and plentiful from the kitchen , dishes , linens , towels , etc .,. Wonderful swimming pool with diving board , slide and plenty life vest floaties etc. huge game room with pool/billard table , ping pong table , corn hole game and numerous other games to enjoy. I live in the immediate area but needed a larger space with pool for this event. I couldn’t ask for anything better. I highly recommend Newhouse Mansion and will probably stay here again.

*I was not contacted by property management 24 hours prior. I reached out and was told to still show up at 3:00 the next day. I received a phone call the morning of my reservation. Upon arrival, the house was not fully ready. *Be sure to read the FULL listing bedroom 7 is NOT included unless you have 13 people staying. I just read over it when I booked.

New House

Friends and I flew in for a football game. We were greeted by the most gracious host ever. She answered all of our questions and made sure our stay was the most comfortable ever. She suggested places to eat and to be entertained. She even gave us directions to short cuts around town. Even baked us treats before we left. Thank you Kessa.

Men's Annual Football Trip

What can I say? Speechless! First visit to Dallas with fourteen of my closest family and friends. Not easy to find a place large enough for all of us but at the Newhouse Resort we fit like a glove. Plenty of space to spread out and hide out if one needed some alone time. The bar has been set and now I will try to find a place this nice for next years trip. LaDasha do you own a wonderful place like this in Atlanta, Georgia? Lol! Thank your for your hospitality. LaKessa (our host), was very helpful. Our expectations were exceeded in every way. Highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to Dallas!

Perfect House for a Large Group

This was our second stay at this house. Thank you so much, Newhouse Family, for your hospitality! We had a group of 10 staying there, and we had just as good of a time as we had last year. The garage was a favorite hang out spot for us. Communication with Kessa was terrific before and during our stay, and we hope to be able to return again next year.

Great Time and a Wonderful Weekend Celebration

Perfect for Large Groups

Wow! What a week! We were holding a national sales meetings with individuals from all over the country, and this house was everything we were hoping for and more. There was plenty of space for us. The house had everything we needed (good kitchen, ample lounging area, games in the garage and outside, etc.). The owners' family lives close by and was available to us throughout our stay, although we didn't need anything because the house had everything we needed. This was a great stay, and we hope to return in the future.

Friendsgiving 2021

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was beautiful and elegant. The decorations change with the season, so it might not be exactly what you see in the pictures but it’s still very nice. The property manager was very attentive to us during the visit.
