The house includes:
2 beach loungers with one umbrella and
4 beach chairs with two umbrellas set up closer to the beach (available between 8 am and 5 pm, March 1-Oct 31).

Coastal Charm is your home away from home in Carillon Beach with 6 bedrooms. This terrific recently completely remodeled and interior designer decorated house offers plenty of space for everyone. It features 3 king beds, a bunk bed, a twin bed with trundle, a queen bed in the separate carriage house, and 2 sofa beds (one sofa bed in the connected primary bedroom sitting room and the other in the 3rd floor loft). Guests enjoy 4 bathrooms (3 en suite King bedrooms), each with a bathtub or shower to refresh after a day of fun.

After a day at the beach, enjoy your private pool and hot tub in the private backyard on a green belt. The pool heater is included with your stay.

You will enjoy the cool ocean breeze on our large 1st floor back patio and two porches. You will have magnificent views of the ocean and Lake Powell from the third floor Crow's Nest.

A complimentary EV charger is available for you use in the garage.

We also include 2 beach loungers (fixed location) with one umbrella and 4 beach chairs with two umbrellas set up closer to the beach. March 1-Oct 31 daily beach chair service.

Neighborhood:
Carillon features 3 neighborhood pools (one heated and one beachfront), a playground, pickleball/tennis courts, basketball court, chapel, bike and paddle board rentals, a town square with coffee shop ( The Salty Bottle & Brew), and beautiful Lake Carillon.

The welcoming atmosphere invites you to relax and unwind, while the soothing environment makes it easy to feel right at home. Whether you're here for a quick getaway or an extended stay, this property is designed to make your holiday one to remember.

This is an awesome property. House was excellent, close to beach, great Carillon Beach community, pool in backyard was great for younger grandkids, etc. And owner provided many kitchen items that most properties don’t have. Additionally had additional beach chairs, beach toys, bikes, fishing equipment, etc they made it very easy to enjoy ocean living. Highly recommend and our entire family wants to come back!

We loved our stay! We have stayed in 6 homes in Carillon and this has been our favorite. The home is beautifully decorated. It was so nice to stay somewhere that had everything including items we usually have to pack from home if we want them on our trip. Simple things, but nice to have things like plenty of hangers in each closet, laundry baskets in each room, and white noise machines for the kids. The garage was also stocked with everything you could need for your time on the beach. Sal was so helpful and very quick to respond when we had a few questions during our stay. We will be back next year!!

To be honest I almost don’t want to write a review because I selfishly want to keep this absolutely dreamy home a secret! This beach house and little gated community surpassed our expectations. The owners have seemingly thought of everything that a family might need to have a wonderful vacation and the little gated neighborhood it’s in is like something out of a movie. Each morning we walked to the coffee shop around the corner and then to the beach walkover and were in the ocean by 9am. We’ve stayed in 20 luxury beach rentals over the last 10 years and this one was our favorite because of all of the intentional details the owners have poured into making it so comfortable and dreamy!

The only thing I can say about our stay at Coastal Charm is, AMAZING!! There were 11 of us and there was more than enough room for us to completely enjoy our time together! All the bedrooms had plenty of room and the entire house was furnished beautifully with plenty of seating, both for eating and for relaxing together.The hot tub was the biggest hit; we spent a lot of time together around the hot tub and pool. The back porch was great for relaxing and eating, also.Another great perk were the 6 bicycles, so we did not have to bring our own!Sal and Natalya are wonderful hosts ready to answer any questions or just check to make sure everything meets our expectations.The house is also right across from the beach with beach views and only steps from walkover #1; plus there are 6 beach chairs and 3 umbrellas to use set up each morning of our stay!!You will be sure to enjoy your stay at Coastal Charm!!

Our stay exceeded every expectation. The home is stunning, impeccably clean and maintained, and beautifully decorated—every detail thoughtfully curated. The furniture, inside and out, is both stylish and incredibly comfortable (we seriously wished we could take the bed home with us).What truly sets this property apart is the attention to detail. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-quality appliances and cookware, and everything—from bikes to bedding, towels, and blackout window treatments—were high-end and in brand new condition. Storage is exceptional, so there’s no living out of suitcases, and small touches like laundry baskets in every bedroom plus a like-new washer and dryer made staying organized effortless.The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach walkover. With included beach loungers, chairs, and umbrellas, plus a private heated pool and hot tub, we enjoyed the best of both worlds all day long.It’s also incredibly convenient—minutes from Publix and ALDI, and a short drive to Target and Pier Park. Even better, you’re just minutes from 30A towns like Rosemary Beach, Seaside, and Alys Beach.Carillon Beach itself is charming, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, with pools, courts, and a playground. Nearby construction didn’t take away from our expereince at all.This truly is a “home away from home,” elevated in every way. We would absolutely stay at this house again and commend the owners for being some of the best hosts on VRBO.
