«The Beach House» à Carillon Beach est situé sur une belle plage de sable blanc pour les familles. Cette maison contient 2900 pieds carrés d'espace de vie, y compris le salon et la salle à manger, trois grandes chambres avec salle de bain privée avec lits queen-size, une grande tanière / famille (4e chambre) avec canapé-lit queen-size Broyhill, sa propre salle de bain privée, un appartement TV écran et DVD. Carillon Beach est une communauté fermée haut de gamme sur le golfe du Mexique. House was perfect. Right on the beach. Very clean and kitchen was super stacked with anything you could need. Both porches overlooked the beach. Close to great restaurants, shopping, groceries. Plenty of room for our bunch. Will definitely be back !!!!

What a beautiful oceanfront home! Our vacation could not have been better. Gorgeous accommodations with all of the amenities needed for a very comfortable, relaxing, and lux stay. The Ultimate Relaxing Family Vacation

The Beach House was all we had hoped for and more. It's steps from the beach, steps to the pool(s) and the house was clean and comfortable with all the amenities! There was plenty of space for my family of 5 adults and 3 kids: Room to play, relax, work remotely or just do nothing. Our host Pat provided ideas for things to do, restaurants, where to shop and was super responsive to all my questions while planning our trip. We had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend staying here!

The location is second to none! You are right on the beach! However, the home is very outdated. There are definitely not enough bath towels or kitchen towels. If you bring a large family, you will be washing everyday. The kitchen could definitely use a “restock” party! We cooked in and struggled to find what we needed. And rooms are all queen beds. King beds would be such an improvement. Although we knew bed size when we booked. I feel like this home is being rented, but no one is keeping up with what really needs improved.

Great space for families; amazing views; house has nice energy

We loved the house and the view. Kitchen well-stocked. Very comfortable, you can tell a lot of wonderful memories were made in the house. Owners called to check on us twice and mailed us a precious, left-behind baby blanket. We can't wait to return next year, perhaps twice!

Carillon's The Beach House

This home was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. The walk to the beach was so short that we could go back and forth easily. We loved having our chairs and umbrellas set up each day of our stay. And it was wonderful having a stocked pantry so that we had access to spices, paper goods, etc. This owner does a great job of caring for her home!

Perfect location, gorgeous house

The location was perfect - right on the beach, in a gated community, two doors down from one of the larger pool areas. The house was spotless. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were comfortable, the deck was great. Pat was great to work with and communicated frequently. We’ve stayed along the panhandle for over 20 years. You can’t go wrong with this house. It was truly a joy to stay here.

Beach House - Annual Tradition

This is our second year in a row staying at The Beach House. It is perfect for our family (4x boys ranging from 3-10 years old). We love being able to sit on the porch with our morning coffee or evening wine looking out at the ocean while the kids play on the beach. Not having to haul our beach stuff more than 50 yards is a huge plus as well! The interior finishes are dated compared to most other properties at Carillon that we have stayed in but the location is one of the best.

We LOVED The Beach House!

We absolutely loved every minute of our stay at The Beach House. We found Pat and Vic to be really wonderful people to deal with. I would recommend this property to anyone - except that I'd like to keep it a secret! We thought the location was perfect - one of the very best that you could have in Carillon. We loved all of the available services and restaurants in "town". We enjoyed the restaurants and found the general store staff really helpful - especially with our bike rentals. We are ready to go back!!!! We loved Carillon so much that we have been looking to purchase a home there ourselves. It is the perfect beach community! Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home with our family!

Carillon Relaxation and Solitude

We loved this property being on the beach with the sound of the waves going 24/7. Coffee every morning on the porch, sun downers in the evening. This property is perfect for families or friends. Our teens loved running out to the waves as well as having their own rooms. We had plenty of room to stretch out, watch movies, do crafts, and play Uno in the dining and family area. The kitchen was great - it had everything I needed to make meals. We took advantage of the gas grill to fix up fajitas and the day's fresh catch - Spanish mackerel and mahi mahi (w/a guide service). Highest recommendation - we will be looking to book this home when we return to the area.

Paradise!

The Beach House exceeded my greatest expectations. The pictures tell only part of the story! As a grandmother with four young grandchildren The Beach House is where to go to make great family memories. Everything needed is provided (including a full size baby bed, beach towels, beach toys and a kitchen equipped with everything you need). The owners were great to work with and even called to check in on us. Sipping morning coffee prior to a walk on the white sandy beach and watching the sun go down on the porch were my favorites. Only steps away from one of the three pools and the delightful village with restaurants and an ice cream store made our trip perfect. Cannot wait to return.

My 3rd Family Vacation to The Beach House in Carilon Beach, FL

Our family had "the perfect" FAMILY vacation in Carillon Beach. The weather could not have been better and the accommendations exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not due it justice. Each bedrooms is "ensuite" which offers privacy and comfort for the everyone in the group. The location on this sandy white beach is perfect for dolphin viewing (and we saw quite a few swim by) and relaxing with morning coffee. The home is well equipped with every need and them some. Pack light and head to "the Beach House". My 4 year old grandson and 7 year old granddaughter were able to play on the sand directly outside our deck while we sat comfortably and watched. The gated community is safe from passing cars which offers additional peace of mind. Pack a few swim suits and have a wonderful trip.

Fantastic Family Vacation

Just returned from another week stay at The Beach House, our second time staying in Pat and Vic's beautiful beachfront home, and our 13th year in a row staying at Carillon! The perfect Gulf location. Everything was as we remembered it from last year. Comfortable, spotless, and all well appointed and in its place. Even with workmen with their nail guns, saws, and banging hammers 10 feet away Monday thru Friday 7am-5pm building the house next door......we managed to (mentally) block out their noise and enjoy our time with family on the beach. Pat wanted so badly to make the building commotion disappear but we both knew...."houses have to get built, whadda you gonna do...?" Can't wait until we go back back next year! Such a beautiful location. And ask Pat for the name of the personal shopper who will have the fridge stocked with whatever you need from Publix + makes the best pecan and coconut cream pies around...all waiting when you arrive for a VERY reasonable charge.

The BEST Family vacation home on the Beach!

We had an outstanding stay at Pat and Vic's beautiful home for Fall Break with our 4 young children. This home could not be any better placed on this beautiful beach, and wonderful community. The home was wonderfully decorated, very well equipped for our large family, with everything you could possibly need. Bring some clothes and you really are good to go here! The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the ocean from the bed. I actually looked out of the window one night to see a falling star while laying in bed!! The patio overlooking the beach was large, and close enough that we could trust our 5 and 7 year old's to run around in the sand a bit while we could watch and shout to them from the table while finishing dinner! The patio sound system was great to listen to some Bob Marley while getting some shade for a break in the day. We even got to see a protected sea turtle nest "rescued" and baby sea turtles right in front of the house! There is a beach side pool just one house down, and 2 others ( one heated) in the gated community. The heated one is a short walk away that has a great basketball, tennis, and playground area for the kids. I selfishly debated sharing the reviews of this place, knowing that it could lead to it being even more difficult to arrange rental, but they deserve the business! We will be back!

The Best; Beach Area, Beach House and especially the Owners!

What a wonderful place we found this fall at Carillon. From the first initial email to the last the owners always answered and we were given great information. We LOVED this beach house. 3 Couples shared without a problem and a 4th could have come along with the lower level being utilized. This home is beautifully equipped and the owners are very comfortable with sharing their things. You can pack pretty light for this rental. The view is stunning and the beach (toes in the sand) is literally 21 ft away from the balcony. (6m for Canadians). The resort offers food choices and a bar along with a coffee shop for the morning. We were at the bar twice and it was comfortable and pretty laid back. Lots of TVs for you sports or Bachelor shows. S The umbrella fellow set up the chairs each morning with the pads and the beach was cleaned and dragged each day. We were attending a wedding and it was a perfect setting. We walked to each venue as the wedding was on the beach. Very easy walking the area every day. It is gated and has 24hr security so no worries about safety at night or for children. All in all a great, wonderful, spectacular, relaxing place to spend some time by the Gulf. In the area are lots to do with most being a short drive. 5-15 min. Grocery stores are right at the corner, easily walked and a couple of nice restaurants are nearby. The owners have some very comprehensive documentation on all the area amenities, golf reviews, and restaurants. We used some of the recommendations and they all panned true. That was very helpful. We would definitely stay again sometime soon but the available weeks here, I know, go fast and the owners enjoy their beach house themselves and who wouldn't. Remember to book ahead and hopefully the weeks are open for you. You will not regret renting this beach house. It is a place to make memories. Sunsets are right out your window and still Free!! just beautiful

We had the best vacation in years,the grandkids had a ball.The beach was great the water clear.Just hopeing the Beachhouse didnt receive any damage during the huricane,which hit the week after after we left.

Hi Roy, Thank you so much for your kind review. We always try to make sure our guests have everything they need to have a great time whether they are children, parents or grandparents. As for the hurricane we were blessed and had no damage other than we lost power and electricity for about a week. Although the hurricane was supposed to be a direct hit on Carillon at the last minute it made a 20 mile to the east. I can't say the same for Panama City it received a lot of damage. leaving many people out of work who live in that area. So many lost homes or were inhabitable Thanks again we love to hear from our guests Please come back again, the beaches and white sand are just as you left it. . Pat

Best vacation house ever!

We have stayed at several different homes on the beach over the years. This was absolutely the best spot ever! Don't bother to pack anything but your clothes as the owners provide everything you need for a week at the beach. Nothing seems to have been overlooked to make our stay comfortable. Three of the bedrooms have amazing views (the owner even provided binoculars). I was slightly concerned about the fourth bedroom as it sits behind the garage on the lowest level of the house but the kids loved their own cave-that is, when we could get them off the beach. (Every beach toy imaginable must be in their garage.) The house is very clean, the beds are soft, the decor is pleasing, the kitchen has what seems to be almost new fixtures with every type of utensil possible. The TV has multiple cable channels, there are movies, books, and games available for evenings or when it rains. We only had one morning of rain and only waited until the lighting passed before we were walking on the beach. Also, the interior of the house is very quite. You don't hear other people in the house moving about or talking between rooms. The beach side patios are wonderful for sitting and watching the waves. We had morning coffee and lunches on them everyday. The only thing we needed was groceries and there were two markets just across the street from the resort. We also did a run to a fresh fish market just down the road and grilled out one evening. Carillion is close enough for dinner trips to Panama City ,Seaside and other beach towns- for the food, prices and view the best place we tried was Schooners. The house is inside a perfectly groomed resort and one of the pools is just two houses away. The resort is gated, feels very secure, and the streets are perfect for early walks. A huge pond is across the street from the house and the sound of what must be hundreds of frogs at night is a treat. The beach in front of the house is private for the resort community. It almost felt like we had our own strip of beach reserved most of the week. The owners deserve a 5 star rating as they did everything they could possibly do to make our stay perfect. Pat called to check on us to be sure we were happy and had everything we needed. It was very hard to leave. It almost felt like this was our house too! Thank you so much for such a wonderful family vacation home experience.

Outstanding Beach House

The Beach House in Carillon is a great beach property with unparalleled views of the Gulf. The owner not only maintains the home wonderfully, but you won’t find a better stocked home with beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. and the kitchen was fully stocked with all of the necessities you will need. This is truly a beach gem you won’t regret renting!

Hi Randy, Thank you for your kind words. We do love our Beach House and so does our family. We created many memories for and with our 9 grandchildren. Actually we did not build the house to rent but after retirement things changed. You probably saw photos of them in our master bedroom. A great bunch! We are a retired couple with a wonderful close and extended family who love the Beach House and we all spend as much time together as possible. Our house was built not only for our comfort, but also for the kids and grandkids in mind.

Waking up to a cup of coffee overlooking the beach from the master bedroom could not be more peaceful. We love sitting on the deck watching our children and grandchildren digging their way to who knows where, while we enjoy a time out from the sun, and sip on a refreshing drink with friends and family. You will not be disappointed.

There is no need to worry about lugging stuff to the beach, we have magnificent views from our living room and master bedroom, and a view of Lake Carillon from the guest bedrooms. Waking up to a cup of coffee overlooking the beach from the master bedroom could not be more peaceful.
