Enjoy your stay in San Juan del Sur in this mountainside retreat. Tucked away on the hillside overlooking the town, with amazing ocean views, relax in your private pool or enjoy the sunset from the patio. This home features a king size bed with en suite bathroom, futon in the living room, 2nd full bathroom off the living room, and a fully stocked kitchen. Your stay includes access to two resort pools and a restaurant in the Pelican Eyes Resort. Security Deposit- this property requires a $250 security deposit as a hold on credit card. This hold will be released after checkout and inspection.
Quiet time in the resort is from 10 pm until 8 am. Please be mindful of the quite time.
