Walking distance to community Olympic size pool with FREE access! Short drive to Ocean City, MD & Rehoboth, DE beaches and boardwalks. Welcome home to beach vacation bliss! Please note the garage is not accessible at this time. There is a grill available with a refillable propane tank. It is the responsibility of the renter to fill the tank if needed.

We had a great stay. The house was clean and was the perfect set up for our group.We discovered that the toaster was missing and we had a replacement within hours.Communication with Katie was excellent and she ensured we had everything we needed for our stay.It was a pleasure to stay at the property.

After 48 years of vacationing in OC with my husband and family, this was our first time in Bethany and we loved it! The house was perfect for our family of 8. It was clean, neat, and met all our needs. We enjoyed going to the beach and the pool! We visited a different coffee shop every morning and Difebo’s Market was our go to place. I enjoyed the quietness of Bethany Beach and how easy it was to get to wherever we needed to go. Katie was a great host. I would definitely rent this house again!
