The beach promenade and the swimming beach are just 50 metres away. From the balcony, you can enjoy views of the lighthouse—Warnemünde’s landmark—and the wide Baltic Sea beach. The southwest-facing location offers a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and the cliffs of Stoltera. Enjoy the sunset from the balcony.

With approximately 61 square metres of living space, the apartment is ideal for 2 people. You’ll also find all the amenities you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The seaside climate is known to be extremely allergy-friendly. This quiet apartment on the 3rd floor features a living room with a dining area (TV, free Wi-Fi), an open-concept kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and hair dryer, a bedroom with a double bed, a hallway, and a large balcony with a sea view. It features hardwood floors. The built-in kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and stove with oven.
The holiday rental is reserved for non-smokers. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, and a shower mat).

The house is located in a pedestrian zone.

Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secure parking spaces from us starting at 6 € per night.

Adults 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children 6–14 years old: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with a severe disability has a 100% disability rating and a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
