Located in a sunny area of Cala Blanca, this charming apartment is the perfect spot for a relaxing seaside holiday. Enjoy views of the Mediterranean and unforgettable sunsets from your private terrace. The apartment features a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a 150 cm bed, the other a 135 cm bed.



The outdoor area with gravel and wooden decking is equipped with loungers and an outdoor shower—perfect for cooling off after sunbathing. The covered terrace offers a shaded chill-out zone, plus a table and chairs for outdoor dining.



In front of the terrace, you'll find beautiful rocky cliffs, but there is no direct access to the sea. The nearest coves, Cala Blanca (800 m) and Cala Santandria (1.2 km), are just a few minutes away.



Street parking is usually easy to find near the apartment. Bed linen and towels, including beach towels, are provided.



Additional amenities: ceiling fans, dehumidifier, Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, and hairdryer for a worry-free stay.



The apartment is in a quiet residential area with a supermarket, restaurants, bars, and cafés (open seasonally). The nearest restaurant is just 150 m away, with more dining options and shops within 350 m.



Ciutadella de Menorca is 4 km away, Menorca Airport is 50 km (about 45 minutes by car).



Families are welcome, but children under 7 and groups of young people are not allowed. Maximum 3 guests.

Location is outstanding for watching sunsets, nearby restaurants and grocers (5 minute walk). Anne answered our questions in a timely manner. Unfortunately the heat wave made for unsleepable nights, the ceiling fans just couldn’t move the air well. Only given 2 small rolls of TP for the week, no soap for dishwasher.
