professionally landscaped house with ambient outdoor lighting with easy access to the front door. You can enjoy the view of cows grazing on the pretty farmland across the street along with seeing Amish buggies come and go. Come enjoy the hometown feel and see all that Lawrenceburg has to offer. This 1850 square foot home offers a king sized bed on the main level equipped with a 50in smart tv to stream your favorite shows and 2 full sized beds upstairs in an open room together. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with an open floor plan into the dining and living room area. The living room offers a smart tv that offers many streaming services.
The spacious bathroom is intriguing as it has an oversized shower with a seat as well as a free standing bathtub for relaxation. Washer and dryer are located in the bathroom as well. House offers circle drive for easy access coming and going.
Check in after 4pm, key code lock on front door but key will be available for back door also.
