Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood of Austin with lots of additional indoor space, and a stunning and private garden with pond, stream and amazing bird life.

Austin Garden Oasis has off street parking for 3 cars and is 15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from downtown, 12 minutes form the rodeo, 5 minutes from the lively Muller district with a large HEB, and 2 minutes from a Mexican supermarket, pharmacy, and convenience stores, and Hanks restaurant. Find a beautiful and secluded back garden surrounded by mature trees on all sides that we have recorded 100 species of bird visiting over the year. There is a shade pergola, smoker, outdoor drinks fridge and also a hot tub that is usually available for use The large back patio has potted plants seating and dinning space, outdoor lights, and a portable fans.

Washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, coffee making facilities and a pantry stocked with a wide range herbs, spices, oils, vinegars and other basics are all at your disposal. Electronic code entry, no hard key, although friends nearby have a key for emergencies.

Not set up for wheelchair access. LGBTQ + friendly. Absolutely no smoking inside. No pets. Prefer no shoes in the house please . No outdoor music after 10pm. Trash, compost and recycling bins are hidden at the side of the house with collection days on Thursdays. The gardener will need occasional access to the yard for watering and maintenance, but this will not involve access to the house and the gardener will text and ring the doorbell before accessing.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Close blinds in downstairs bedroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All children need to be supervised in the hot tub under 13s if near the pond. No glass or china in the hot tub. Do not move furniture around please.
