Von allen Ferienwohnungen, die ich bislang hatte, war diese mit Abstand am Besten ausgestattet. Es gab wirklich alles,was man sich wĂŒnschen kann, selbst superscharfe Kochmesser. Die Wohnung und die großzĂŒgige Terrasse sind liebevoll gestaltet und blitzsauber!Von Chantal, die sich vor Ort um alles kĂŒmmert, wurde ich sehr herzlich empfangen und sogar mit Geschenken willkommen geheißen! Sie und auch der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer der Wohnung stehen bei Fragen jederzeit zur VerfĂŒgung.Es war ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt, alles war ganz fantastisch und absolut empfehlenswert! Wunderbare Lage: dicht am Meer, Blick in provencalischen Park ums Schwimmbad herum und auf Berge. Das Apartment toll ausgestattet, mit einer modernen KĂŒche, die einen zum Kochen verfĂŒhrt, wenn man nicht am Tennisplatz vorbei in das 50m entfernte hervorragende Restaurant gehen will! Sehr zu empfehlen

Kurz nachdem wir gebucht haben, rief Herr Rabe schon an und informierte uns ĂŒber die Wohnung und die Umgebung. Wir haben viele wertvolle Tipps bekommen. Vor Ort gibt es eine deutschsprachige "Verwaltung ". Chantal hat uns am Tor empfangen. Zur BegrĂŒĂŸung gab es einen leckeren selbstgebackenen Kuchen, eine Flasche Wein, Bier und Wasser. Die Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich und sauber u gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Zwar muss man HandtĂŒcher, BettwĂ€sche usw selber mitbrinen, aber es gibt eine gute Waschmaschiene, deshalb fanden wir es nicht schlimm. Der Eden Park ist schön gepflegt. Wir haben den Pool geliebt u Tennis und Tischtennis konnte man da auch spielen. Im Haus gibt es SchlĂ€ger u BĂ€lle, so dass man nichts mitbringen muss. Boule-Kugeln gibt es da auch, die wir auch genutzt haben. Kurz vor dem Eden Park gibt es 2 PlĂ€tze, wo man Boule spielen kann. Der Strand ist auch um die Ecke. Leider waren da wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes viele Algen. Wir waren zu 6 in der Wohnung und haben 4 Kinder im Alter von 8-14, die dann in einem Zimmer waren, bzw im Wohn- und Esszimmer. Was abends nicht immer gut war, lag aber am Alter der Kids. :-) Es waren 2 schöne Wochen in Le Pradet. Gegreut haben wir uns auch ĂŒber das selbstgestaltete Geschenk von Chantal.

Bestens zu empfehlen

Wir wurden von Herrn Raabe im Voraus genauestens ĂŒber alles informiert. Empfangen wurden wir von Chantal, die sich vor Ort um alles kĂŒmmert. Ein frisch gebackener Kuchen, Wein und andere GetrĂ€nke standen fĂŒr uns bereit, und haben uns sehr erfreut. Ebenso ein selbstgemachtes Geschenk von Chantal. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und komplett mit allem ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist ĂŒberdacht, so dass man auch bei Regen oder Wind draußen sitzen kann. Die Residence, in welcher die Wohnung liegt, ist herrlich. Tennisplatz, Pool und ein parkartiger Garten, alles sehr gepflegt, waren wundervoll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an Chantal und Herrn Raabe.

Superbe! Équipement, emplacement, tout!

Je tiens Ă  remercier chaleureusement M. Raabe et sa reprĂ©sentante locale, Mme Desti, pour un merveilleux sĂ©jour dans le beau Pradet. Comme nous avons nous-mĂȘmes de la famille sur place, nous connaissions trĂšs bien les possibilitĂ©s de la rĂ©gion et l'appartement Ă©tait parfaitement situĂ© pour nous. La vue sur la mer depuis la table du petit-dĂ©jeuner est imbattable et la proximitĂ© de la plage est tout simplement inestimable. Surtout pour les familles avec enfants. On peut y accĂ©der trĂšs rapidement Ă  pied, plage de sable, ce qui est fantastique mĂȘme quand il fait froid. L'appartement Ă©tait trĂšs soignĂ© et propre Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Tout est Ă  jour, tous les appareils sont parfaitement fonctionnels et il y a beaucoup de choses auxquelles vous ne pensez pas. L'accueil a Ă©tĂ© incroyablement chaleureux et arrangeant. Il y avait une trĂšs bonne bouteille de vin qui nous attendait dans le frigo (le dĂ©but parfait des vacances aprĂšs le long voyage), un gĂąteau fait maison, un petit cadeau et un trĂšs joli bouquet de fleurs. Prendre le chien de la famille n'Ă©tait pas non plus un problĂšme. Nous nous sommes sentis trĂšs bien accueillis et bien traitĂ©s. Mme Desti aurait pu ĂȘtre jointe Ă  tout moment sur place et M. Raabe nous a accueillis par e-mail le premier jour de vacances et a posĂ© des questions sur tout. La communication avant, pendant et aprĂšs le sĂ©jour est vraiment excellente - en allemand et en français. Nous attendons avec impatience notre prochain sĂ©jour et resterons certainement fidĂšles Ă  cet appartement et le recommandons vivement.

Séjour trÚs agréable: de la réception jusqu'à la fin superbe

À l'arrivĂ©e une rĂ©ception trĂšs amicale et personnelle, Mme Chantal nous a tout expliquĂ© et montrĂ© : Le parking Ă  cĂŽtĂ©, un appartement tout Ă  fait rĂ©novĂ© et avec beaucoup de goĂ»t en gardant le flair provençal . Et c’était trĂšs propre (Chantal avait bien travaillé et nous avait laissĂ© quelque chose Ă  croquer et quelques biĂšres et un bon RosĂ© . La star de tout : la nouvelle cuisine qui invite Ă  cuisiner ! Beaucoup de place pour travailler, grand rĂ©frigĂ©rateur avec 3 grands compartiments Ă  congeler, beaucoup de vaisselle, verres, plats, chauffe-eau, cuiseur Ă  Ɠufs, cafetiĂšre, bĂąton d'agitation...bien sur une moderne lave-vaisselle, microonde, four aussi moderne, et en travaillant 'dans' la cuisine on peut regarder dehors sur la terrasse et mĂȘme apercevoir la mer ! Le canapĂ© dans le sĂ©jour est trĂšs confortable et spacieux. Assis Ă  la grande table on peut Ă©galement voir la mer et le beau Park et derriĂšre la montagne voisine. Et aussi tout-ce qui est radio/TĂ©lĂ© au dernier cri : toutes les chaines françaises et un bon bouquet de chaines allemandes et anglaises. Et le sĂ©jour parait trĂšs grand parce qu’il n’y a rien au milieu mais tous les meubles attachĂ©s au mur. Notre jeune homme a prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© le lit Ă  l’étagĂšre, moi je me suis Ă©tendu sur le grand lit dans la chambre : agrĂ©ablement haut pour facilement se lever le matin, Notre ami avait choisi le canapĂ© dans le sĂ©jour. TrĂšs pratique la cabine de douche : il ne faut pas faire attention avec le jet d’eau - confortable ! AgrĂ©able aussi le calme dans la nuit : pas de voitures ou autre bruit. Les jour nous avons fait beaucoup de tourisme dans les jolies villages provençales des environs basĂ© sur les informations accessibles dans les tiroirs Ă  l’intĂ©rieur (nous avions laissĂ© tomber St.Trop) mais nous nous sommes plutĂŽt promenĂ©s le bord de mer et vers le soir nous avions allumĂ© le BBQ sur la terrasse ou nous sommes allĂ©s dans les restaurants devant l’Edenpark. Le Climax des Ă©vĂšnements dehors Ă©tait le MarchĂ© Provençale au centre-ville : tellement riche en fruits, lĂ©gumes, poissons, fromage et mĂȘme vĂȘtements
 Nous avions amenĂ© du Couscous, Paella, Olives
rĂȘve. 
et midi nous sommes allĂ©s en face dans le Bar Central, oĂč nous avions pris le plat du jour AĂŻoli et un bon RosĂ© de Provence. C’était un rĂ©gal ! Sur, nous reviendrons !

Absolut Empfehlenswert

Ich möchte mich von ganzem Herzen bei Herr Raabe und seiner Vertretung vor Ort, Frau Desti, bedanken fĂŒr diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt im wunderschönen Pradet. Da wir selbst Familie vor Ort haben, waren uns die Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung bestens bekannt und die Ferienwohnung in der fĂŒr uns perfekten Lage. Der Blick vom FrĂŒhstĂŒckstisch auf das Meer ist unschlagbar und die unmittelbare NĂ€he um Strand einfach unbezahlbar. Gerade auch fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern. Es ist super schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen, Sandstrand, der selbst im Winter traumhaft ist. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gepflegt und sauber als wir ankamen. Alles ist auf den neusten Stand gebracht, alle GerĂ€te tadellos funktionsfĂ€hig und vieles vorhanden, an was man so nicht denkt. Die BegrĂŒĂŸung war unglaublich herzlich und zuvorkommend. Es wartete eine sehr leckere Flasche Wein im KĂŒhlschrank auf uns(nach der langen Reise der perfekte Start in den Urlaub), ein selbstgebackener Kuchen, ein kleines Geschenk und ein sehr hĂŒbsch leuchtender Weihnachtsbaum (der besonders die Kinderaugen leuchten ließ). Auch die Mitnahme des Familienhundes war kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr Willkommen gefĂŒhlt und gut betreut. Frau Desti wĂ€re zu jederzeit vor Ort zu erreichen gewesen und Herr Raabe hat uns per Email am ersten Urlaubstag begrĂŒĂŸt und sich nach allem erkundigt. Die Kommunikation vor, wĂ€hrend und nach dem Aufenthalt ist wirklich toll - sowohl auf deutsch als auch auf französisch. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nĂ€chsten Aufenthalt und werden dieser Ferienwohnung defintiv treu bleiben und können sie wĂ€rmstens empfehlen.

Sehr ordentlich, sauber, ruhig, komfortabel, toller Pool, gepflegte Anlage

Hier kann man sich sehr wohlfĂŒhlen und wird persönlich willkommen geheißen. Es gab sogar eine Kleinigkeit im KĂŒhlschrank fĂŒr uns, weil wir Samstag Abend angekommen sind, das war sehr nett. Herr Raabe ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der im vorwege ausfĂŒhrliche Informationen gibt. FĂŒr uns drei (Familie) war mehr als ausreichend Platz und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Der Pool ist herrlich und gross, abends beleuchtetes Wasser. Zum Strand wirklich nur 150m und die Lage ist gut fĂŒr weitere Erkundungen der Gegend geeignet. Die Anlage ist gut gesichert, Toreinfahrt mit Chip, die Benutzung des Tennisplatzes war unkompliziert und kostenlos.

Alles funktioniert und neu: fĂŒr die Übergangszeit ein 'Lufterfrischungssystem', mit - wenn man will - Lavendelduft... und sogar eine 'Salatschleuder'(zum EntwĂ€ssern des gewaschenen Salates). Der Blkick aufs Meer im FrĂŒhjahr besonders schön... einfach herrlich!

non conforme a l'annonce abritel

L'annonce ABRITEL mentionne 2 chambres ce qui est totalement FAUX, en effet il n'y a reellement qu'une chambre par contre sur vos photos on voit un 2eme lit......qui en fait concerne un "clic clac" dans le sejour !!!! Quant aux lits superposes ils sont .....dans un couloir et ceci ne peut etre consideré comme une chambre Il y a TROMPERIE dans votre annonce !!!!! De plus il y a 2 petits frigos insuffisants !!!! Un a l'interieur et un autre dehors mais trop petits !!! Pas de ventilation mecanique controlée d'ou beaucoup d'humidité !!! La box situee dans l'unique chambre emet un son permanent genant le sommeil !!!! Par contre le proximité de la mer est agreable mais ne doit pas etre "le miroir aux alouettes" Je comptais relouer 3 semaines en Avril avec mes Petits Enfants mais j'y renonce Retraites nous descendons dans le sud 4 fois /an pour des durees de 2 a 6 semaines consecutives car nous y avons une partie de notre famille Cette premiere experience avec ABRITEL est decevante Comment faire confiance a Abritel dans ces conditions ??????? Ne mentionnez pas non plus "app haut standing" ce qui est aussi une tromperie !!!!!

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in unserer 'Zweiten Heimat'

Wir waren nun schon fast zum 10. Mal da, und wir haben uns wieder richtig wohlgefĂŒhlt, fast wie zu Hause, nur eben in einer herrlichen Umgebung und bei durchgehend schönem Wetter. Wir erhielten auch diesmal wieder durch Herrn Raabe gute und ausfĂŒhrliche Informationen. Die Wohnung war wieder sehr gepflegt und super sauber dank der Perle Chantal. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, dass man sich wohlfĂŒhlen kann, sogar Sat mit deutschem Programm. FĂŒr den Komfort sorgen auch das neu ausgestattete Badezimmer mit praktischer Dusche, der neue Essplatz und ein KĂŒhlschrank draußen auf der Terrasse. Wir haben uns sehr ĂŒber den herzlichen Empfang von der Chantal gefreut. Sie hat uns mit einer noch warmen Pflaumentarte begrĂŒĂŸt und uns mit einigen Leckereien versorgt. Dies hat alles zu unserem WohlgefĂŒhl beigetragen. Wir sind auch jetzt StammgĂ€ste von dem Restaurant Samana geworden, wo es wirklich leckere Fischgerichte gab (suggestion du jour). Wir wurden sogar wie liebe Freunde mit Umarmung verabschiedet. Man kann das Restaurant wirklich nur weiterempfehlen (auch von der sehr netten und freundlichen Bedienung her). Da das Wetter so schön war, haben wir in der ersten Woche unseren Hausstrand Garonne genossen. In der 2. Woche haben wir einige AusflĂŒge gemacht, u.a. mit dem Zug nach Marseille. Wir können wirklich nur empfehlen, den Zug von La Garde aus zu benutzen. Es war eine ĂŒberaus entspannte, angenehme Fahrt. Noch ein Ausflugstipp: Das Dorf Le Castellet. Ein sehr romantisches schönes Örtchen und nicht weit (ca, 1/2 Stunde von Le Pradet entfernt). Wir hatten also doch noch wieder viele neue EindrĂŒcke und haben den Urlaub wirklich in jeder Beziehung genossen. Wir wollen noch einmal die Chantal (die auch deutsch spricht) loben und uns bei ihr bedanken. Sie sorgt nicht nur fĂŒr die Sauberkeit, sondern ihr liegt auch das Wohlergehen der GĂ€ste sehr am Herzen. Jetzt wĂŒnschen wir Ihnen und Ihrer Familie noch einen schönen SpĂ€tsommer und freuen uns schon auf den nĂ€chsten 'Aufenthalt in Le Pradet. Dieses Feriendomizl können wir wirklich allen empfehlen. Es spricht auch fĂŒr sich, dass wir schon ca. 10 mal da waren. pierre
