The delightful interior offers: 1st floor - newly updated kitchen, living room, dining room, breakfast room, 1/2 bathroom and private enclosed front porch. 2nd floor - Large TV room, 1 bedroom with 2 matching twin beds, 1 bedroom with double bed and a full bathroom. 3rd floor - 1 bedroom with double bed and an adjoining bedroom with a twin bed and a full bathroom. Whether you’re relaxing after a day of exploring or gathering for a meal, this phenomenal house provides a welcoming atmosphere. A great place to call homebase while you’re in Pittsburgh.

Why they chose this property
Squirrel Hill is a beautiful neighborhood with lovely homes, a vibrant business district and a friendly community. It's very close to all of the Universities and only 5 short miles to Downtown. Easily accessible to the stadiums, Point State Park, the Strip District, Shadyside and all that Pittsburgh has to offer.
What makes this property unique
This beautiful home has been our family's home-base for more than 50 years. Built in 1920 it has lots of nooks-and-crannies and built-in charm. Plenty of room for gathering and hangin-out. Fully equipped, updated kitchen and bathrooms and washer/dryer. 2 parking spots in rear. The location is exceptional!
