PROPRIEDADE: A casa foi projetada por um arquiteto italiano e construída com materiais importados da Itália, reflete o estilo da arquitetura moderna que fará com que você se sinta como uma vila européia em harmonia com o maravilhoso cenário caribenho. A propriedade é dividida em dois apartamentos.

Villa de aluguel: A vila de aluguel está localizada no segundo nível da propriedade, totalmente independente da vila de primeiro nível. É primorosamente decorado com cozinha nova totalmente equipada, sala de estar / família, mesa de jantar para 6 pessoas e mesa de jantar adicional ao ar livre para 4 pessoas, três quartos, dois banheiros, lavanderia e amplo terraço com churrasqueira. Duas unidades A / C centrais independentes, para área de estar e quartos.

QUARTOS: Três quartos que acomodam confortavelmente 6 pessoas. Quarto principal com uma cama queen e seu próprio banheiro completo, o segundo quarto tem uma cama queen e o terceiro quarto tem duas camas de solteiro, todos com armários próprios. Lençóis de algodão de alta qualidade para cada cama, além de muitos travesseiros e cobertores.

BANHEIROS: Duas casas de banho completas com tampos de mármore italiano e pias duplas, o banheiro principal possui ducha / banheira, o segundo banheiro tem banheira independente e cabine de chuveiro separada, cada banheiro inclui bidê.

ESTILO: A casa foi projetada por um arquiteto italiano em um moderno estilo villa italiana, em harmonia com o maravilhoso cenário caribenho. Requintadamente decorado com tetos altos por toda parte. Pisos de madeira importados da Itália em todas as áreas de estar, azulejos italianos nos banheiros e cozinha, todas as áreas externas e terraço com granito italiano. Todas as janelas têm persianas elétricas à prova de furacões e redes para insetos. Propriedade possui gerador de emergência e tanque de água.

Summer Getaway

Very well kept Villa that served us well for our brief visit to San Juan. Gated and secure neighborhood and very close to the best beach in San Juan. Walking distance to the supermarket, pharmacy and several nice restaurants. Property manager is highly communicative and helpful. We had a great time here!

Lovely Villa close to beach

Very comfortable space. Good A/C. Our visit occurred during an island wide blackout but the villa has a generator. Host was right on the generator issue and taught us what to do.

Cute house in great location!

The house was very clean, air conditioning worked very well, and check in/check out was so easy. Great place with cute restaurants nearby and walkable to a perfect beach. Ray was very responsive and provided everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay

It was me and 5 friends that stayed the place was a perfect size for us. It is literally a block away from the beach. When I needed to reach out to the manager he responded quickly to let us know about things. The front door was a little tricky but over we where all very happy to stay there!!!

**We are real customers, no pay is involved ** Absolutely loved our stay here!! Gated community, security on point, walked majority of the places, Uber always available for our longer distances. The Hosts was phenomenal!! The beach was a block away and they provided towels, beach chairs, and an outside shower to clean chairs. We will stay again

Fantastic Stay in San Juan!

This property was a 10/10 on all aspects. From the outside, the villa is clean and beautiful and parking was always readily available in front of the house. When we entered inside, we were all amazed at how accurately the home is depicted from the listing photos...it truly does look just as lovely in person! All of the beds were incredibly comfortable, there was plenty of seating inside for us to eat and hang out, and the covered outdoor deck was enjoyable to relax on. There were plenty of kitchen tools to utilize for cooking while we were there, and we were provided plenty of bath & beach towels so we didn't have to worry about bringing our own or washing while we were there. We loved how secure the property felt, as the neighborhood is a gated community there is a locked gate that requires a code to enter into the villa. Rey was a wonderful host who was always available to answer questions, and provided clear check-in instructions prior to arrival. Many thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Excellent Place

Rey the property manager was phenomenal! He answered my calls with any questions we had. Very clean and well decorated. The beach was about a 2 minute walk away. We loved the bakery and Lela's also within walking distance. There was also a Walgreens close by which came in handy when we needed to replenish the sunscreen. The neighbors had a dog that would come visit us which we loved because we missed our two very much. The Uber's were always near by. I loved walking the beach in the mornings and evenings. Everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend.

Best. Vacation. Home. Ever!

I've done a lot of traveling, and this is by far the best vacation home that I have ever stayed in. It was a perfect size for my family of 4. There were some technical difficulties in the booking process through the system, but Rey took care of it immediately. He was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions. He also recommended a wonderful company to use for excursions during our stay. The home was very well furnished and clean. It also contained more utensils, small appliances, and even bathroom items than I have ever seen. I don't like to be cramped on vacation, so this home was perfect size for us to all have our own space. The neighborhood was very secure, and we felt safe the entire time. Also, beach access was very easy. Outside the neighborhood were nice little restaurants, bars and stores. I would definitely stay here again!

Home away from Home

Upon initially arriving in San Juan with my family. I called the point of contact provided to me after booking my stay. We were given proper directions to the property that was only a 10 minute drive from the airport and was greeted with a warm welcome. Everything was explained in detail about the exquisite villa and it was upon completion of the tour it was in immaculate condition when receiving the keys. The property directly reflects the photos that are presented online when booked. Any question or concerns you could think about would be properly answered during the entire stay from the day of to the day of departure. Near by activities included walking through Old San Juan. If you choose you can take a horse drawn carriage tour through the old city and shown many historical sites, buildings and monuments. You can tour the old fort as well "Castillo San Felipe del Morro" and "Castillo de San Cristóbal" they both hold over 400 years of history. Their are a list of restaurants that are provided by the owner and what ever your taste buds may be curious for is available. My two favorite restaurants that were recommended were "Santaella" (which is perfectly hidden jewel to experience local cuisine with an international influence.). The second little place is located in Old San Juan and is named the "Casa Cortés ChocoBar" (perfect place if you have young ones of have a craving for dishes infused, covered or made with chocolate.). The beach that is literally a 100 meter walk from the beach, located inside a quiet friendly gated community is the reason I chose this property. Clear water a perfect temperature from sun rise to sun set and one of best kept secrets in San Juan, make this property a perfect choice for a laid back family friendly or individual vacation when looking for everything San Juan has to offer. Incredible stay at the Beach

We all loved the Villa! Location is quiet and safe without feeling locked in. Beach access is easy and relaxed for the urban area. We walked for groceries and dining nearby then Uber for old town. Great stay!

Wonderful stay in a quiet and safe neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. Rey was very responsive. The property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach and many great restaurants. Finding our way into the gated neighborhood was a little tricky, and the gates close after hours but we never returned that late in the evening. Only feedback is there is a yucky water spot on the ceiling above one of the showers that should be fixed. Everything else was so perfect, so it stood out. Overall, I'd highly recommend.

Great location

The unit was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It is in a separate building; there are no living quarters above or below. The air conditioning worked well. The hurricane blinds block out the light, so you don’t wake up at dawn. We had no problem finding on street parking.The photos on VRBO depict a well maintained residence, however we had some issues.There was a leak in the ensuite bathroom bathtub when we arrived. The owner mopped up the water and advised us to put towels alongside the tub. Leakage was not a problem after that. The bathtub faucet has a handheld shower. When it was switched to shower mode, water continued to flow from the faucet making the shower flow inadequate. The light switch in the en suite bathroom was very difficult to find at night.The hall bathroom has a small separate shower with good water pressure and temperature. The lights on the backlit mirrors do not work and the frosting has deteriorated and is unsightly. The ceiling fixture is the only light in the kitchen. The light switch is in the pantry, making it extremely difficult to turn the light on at night even when the hall lights are on.

Ocean Park Bliss

Our group of 6 had an amazing experience - the home was just it appears on the app and is comfortable, with everything provided in the well-stocked kitchen, to the bathrooms, to laundry, and beach-going essentials. AC was strong and worked well, great water pressure, comfy beds and a fun outdoor patio. Couldn't have asked for better. Easy walk to numerous restaurants, groceries, beach, coffee/cafes.

Great place with a caveat

The Property is great and the neighborhood is safe with a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. The only issue that we need to bring up is the problems we had related to electricity. There was a power surge on Saturday when we arrived. It fried the 12 cup coffee maker and the refrigerator. Not knowing that the refrigerator was dead we stocked it. The owner did reimburse us for the lost food, and gave us $100 for our troubles . However, we did not have a refrigerator to use for the entire trip. From Saturday until Tuesday night, the property was struggling with electricity. It was switching from a generator to city power. When it would switch, we would need to go down to the street level and throw a switch. One night we needed to go down to the street at 12:30am. Again, the property was great and the neighborhood is great. The property manager did his best and responded when we texted him. The electrical issues are not limited to this area. This is something that we feel others need to know that can happen at this property.

Enjoyable weekend in Ocean Park

The unit is well appointed and the decor is appealing. A cozy unit indeed. The A/C and the laundry machines worked well. The kitchen is adequately equipped. The beds are comfortable; the rooms are also adequately appointed. The owner provided sufficient towels for bathing and also towels for the beach. Very nice!
