Thank you for your review and for highlighting the excellent location and the apartment itself. We are pleased that these aspects contributed positively to your stay. We would also like to clarify a few points for future guests. The hot water issue was resolved immediately once we were informed. We always make ourselves readily available during our guests' stays and take pride in responding quickly whenever assistance is needed. Unfortunately, we were not notified about the issue earlier, otherwise it would have been resolved straight away. Regarding the water, the entire Cala Santanyí area is supplied with desalinated seawater. This is standard throughout the area and is suitable for showering and washing. Guests who are unfamiliar with the region may notice a difference compared to water systems in other locations. We are also surprised by the comment regarding the soap, as we always provide soap and a wide range of complimentary amenities for our guests, including hygiene products, tissues, mosquito repellent, first-aid supplies, and other useful items. We make a great effort to ensure our guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay, and additional supplies may sometimes be stored in the lower bathroom cabinet. As is common in Mediterranean coastal areas, occasional insects such as ants or spiders can appear despite regular cleaning and maintenance. Concerning the shutters, all shutters in the apartment can be fully closed. We appreciate the feedback and will consider adding additional instructions to make their operation even clearer for future guests. Finally, the listing clearly states that the apartment does not have air conditioning. To help guests stay comfortable, all rooms are equipped with shutters and fans, and the apartment can be ventilated naturally through the sea breeze. Wir sind ehrlich gesagt sehr überrascht und enttäuscht über diese Bewertung, insbesondere über den Tonfall und die darin enthaltenen Falschaussagen. Bereits vor der Buchung haben wir in ausführlicher und klarer Korrespondenz deutlich darauf hingewiesen, dass die Wohnung derzeit nicht über eine Klimaanlage verfügt. Wir haben sogar ausdrücklich davon abgeraten, die Unterkunft in den heißen Sommermonaten zu buchen, wenn ein klimatisierter Raum gewünscht wird. Trotzdem habt ihr gegen unsere Empfehlung gebucht und jegliche Hinweise ignoriert. Es entspricht außerdem nicht der Wahrheit, dass die Raumtemperatur „konstant über 30 °C“ lag. Die Wohnung heizt sich bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung tagsüber natürlich auf, wie jede andere Unterkunft ohne Klimaanlage auch. Durch richtiges Lüften am Morgen und Abend sowie die Nutzung der mehreren zur Verfügung gestellten Ventilatoren lässt sich die Temperatur deutlich senken. Wir haben sogar kurzfristig neue Ventilatoren organisiert, ohne dass dies in der Bewertung auch nur erwähnt oder wertgeschätzt wurde. Darüber hinaus war die angeblich „nächtliche Lärmbelästigung“ eine einmalige Veranstaltung in einem nahegelegenen Hotel, die definitiv nicht dem Regelfall entspricht. Diese in der Bewertung als regelmäßigen Zustand darzustellen, ist nicht korrekt und vermittelt ein verzerrtes Bild. Insgesamt empfinden wir die Bewertung als unangemessen, in Teilen falsch und in der Form diffamierend. Es ist für uns besonders enttäuschend, dass unsere transparente Kommunikation, unser Engagement und unsere Hilfsbereitschaft in keinster Weise gewürdigt wurden. Stattdessen wird eine Plattform genutzt, um Frust abzuladen, was weder dem tatsächlichen Verlauf noch dem Charakter eines fairen Austauschs entspricht.
