The location was PHENOMENAL and the management company was very responsive. My only issue is that the house is showing its age and the AC is very old and completely failed on night one, by night 2, they had sent someone to look at it, and eventually brought us some fans and a small ac unit for one of the rooms to use.Not the end of the world, but definitely not what you want on family vacation in the middle of July!

My family had a great time at this vacation rental. The location is excellent if you want to go to the beach (less than a minute away!) or walk to the restaurants, bars, and shops in Pacific Beach or Mission Beach. The house perfectly accommodated our group of 4 adults and 2 kids, and the garage fit our Honda Pilot, so we didn’t have to deal with trying to find parking nearby. Overall, we felt this property provided a lot of value and we’d recommend it to other families for sure.

Location was great! House was updated. Beach chairs and towels were provided, which was nice. Public transportation was easy to use.

Great Location

Overall great property and location. The house was not thoroughly cleaned when we checked in, but I would still recommend If your looking for a spot just steps away from the heart of Mission Beach

The location in the house was nice. Parking was great steps from the beach and boardwalk, which was amazing. The only negative to the property was finding a gathering space for a large group with three separate floors, it was tough.

Well stocked and fun location.

It was refreshing to find plenty of TP, coffee and coffee filters, and soaps for the kitchen. This was a super fun location right down from the beach, restaurants, and night life.

Great stay, great location

Loved it. Just a few steps to the beach, walkable to anywhere you want in mission beach or Pacific beach. House was great, clean, and in really good shape for a beach rental.

Great Trip

I cannot speak highly enough about how amazing the location is for this place. You are right in the middle of things which makes for access to all sorts of fun, great times. I highly recommend this place.

Great location

Nice beach house. Can fit tons on people. Third bathroom was in the garage and it’s small. You can hear the waves all day long. Walkable to everything.

great location and everything was great. Kitchen could use a few more pans and plates, maybe a fan in the top floor bedroom as the air doesnt reach up there other than that was a great stay. thank you.

Amazing Property

House was great!!! The garage fit our Dodge Journey, larger SUVs may have issues. The kithen could use some more things like a cookie sheet if you plan to grill. I would stay here again as the location was awesome. Property team was very responsive.

Great location!

Great location. Lots of beach equipment. Initial communication with management company was great, but did not receive check in information due to holiday weekend. So check in process was difficult. Otherwise, really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Very nice location

Garage door stopped working and they had someone out in about 10 minutes to get it fixed for us - really great customer service even forwarded some mail for me. Beatutiful house right next to the beach.
