The spacious “Villa Agnes” is located outside of Pollensa in the north of Majorca, and is only a short drive from the beach. The 230 m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, a baby cot and a highchair (both on request). The private outdoor area with great mountain views boasts a garden with a swimming pool (14m x 6m), seating areas on the partly covered terrace and a barbecue to prepare your own dinners. The outdoor kitchen, which is on the terrace next to the barbecue, is also equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and a microwave. The nearest restaurant is 7 km or a 10-minute drive away, while the nearest supermarket is a 4-minute drive (2.2 km) from the property. The nearest service station is 2.2 km or a 5-minute drive away. Shops and supermarkets are within walking distance of the apartment, while bars and restaurants are found along the beach. The closest sandy beach, Playa De Puerto Pollensa, can be reached after approximately 11 minutes by car (7.1 km). Coves can be found all over this area with the nearest one, Cova de l'azinaret, being a 9-minute drive away (6.2 km). Palma international airport is a 45-minute drive (62.4 km) from the villa.

Pets are only allowed on the ground floor and are strictly forbidden on the upper floors.
