Carillon Beach Inn is undergoing a corridor restoration project from September through December 2026. Guests may experience daytime construction noise, contractor activity, and temporary access restrictions in common areas as the association completes floor replacement, repairs, and painting throughout the building. Work schedules are subject to change and may affect various corridor levels during your stay



Levels 5 & 6 Corridors: September 2026 - October 2026

Level 4 Corridor: September 2026 - November 2026

Really enjoyed my stay it was very comfortable and plenty of room. The only thing I found that was not to my expectations was that the floors were very dirty so I would just suggest not to go barefoot. Some rooms offer coffee, this room did not and the coffee pot is a filter pot. So I will bring my own next time, love the few it was exactly where i needed it to be. And it was very dog friendly. They already had steps in the closes and dog bowls and blankets for them .

We love the little condo. The location was great and was decorated very beautifully. I would suggest getting golf cart information to guests as soon as they book. We did not realize that you could not drive your car to the beach. Also, we did not use the QR code once. I would also recommend a nite book in the room to explain the trash and check out. The management company was very helpful when we needed something. Thank you again for a beautiful rental. Hopefully we will get to come back!

I loved how pet friendly the property was. It's a great locarion if you're bringing your dog. Right outside the patio is a pet relief area with dog poop bags and garbage can. One of the hot tubs was not working, but the pools are very nice. The closest pool is huge. Other pools have jacuzzi jets in them which is great for people who are not able to use hottubs. I found beach walkover 7 to be the closest. It is a huge property and would be nice to have a map of the property in the room. I got a map from guest services but it was a little hard to read and nothing was labeled. For those bringing your dog there are doggy stairs under the bed!
