Third-floor condo with beach access & views & outdoor pool

We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the view, facilities, pool, and beach during your stay, Ryan. It sounds like you made the most of everything our condo has to offer. We completely understand your concern about the laundry and dishwasher detergent. It’s definitely a hassle to pack those extras when you’re on vacation. We appreciate your feedback and will look into providing a more generous supply for future guests. We hope to welcome you back for another great getaway soon!

Thank you for your feedback, Sherry. We're thrilled to hear that you had an incredible view and that the outdoor space exceeded your expectations. We understand that cleanliness is of utmost importance and we deeply regret that the home was not up to your expectations upon arrival. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide to our valued guests. Rest assured, we have taken your comments seriously and have addressed the matter with our cleaning crew to ensure this is an isolated incident. We hope that you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a much-improved experience in the future.

Thank you for staying with us, Sandi. We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed the pool amenity and the proximity to the beach. The convenient location does also bring some added noise, and we apologize for any disruption this caused during your visit. We make every effort to ensure our policies are reflected clearly and accurately through our rental agreement in order for guests to make informed rental decisions. We do not allow tents or other structures to be erected on the premises of the home. Though we apologize for any inconveniences resulting from this policy during your time with us. We hope you will allow us the chance to better serve you in the future!
