Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. The property had multiple issues that affected the experience, including no WiFi information being provided, extremely slow cell service, a bathroom that did not feel properly cleaned, a missing rod for the toilet paper holder, and terrible water stains on the ceiling that made the space feel poorly maintained.Communication was one of the biggest issues. The gate code changed, and the updated code was not provided. The gate code is required to enter the complex and access the parking area, with no clear workaround, which was especially frustrating because parking had been paid for.It has now been a few weeks, and I still have not received a clear follow-up about the WiFi or gate code issues, even after they were supposedly tested or looked into. The host appears to be run by an agency that does not actually know the property well and has to contact the local association for answers. Unfortunately, once that happens, you may never hear back with a real resolution.Overall, the property did not meet expectations, and the lack of communication made the experience worse. I would not stay here again.
The room was tiny. No big deal there but the fact that the ceiling was faling on the floor and the bed frim the time I got there was unacceptable. I asked for help the moment I got there only for the management to adk me if I wanted to wait until I leave to fix the issue. What? Why would I want the ceiling paint to stay in the floor for the entire trip. Also it continued to fall for the 2 days and 3 nights I was there. There's clearly a leak of some sort above the room. It's been there for a while. Also, the a/c has a loud dripping noise if you run the unit. I didn't run it for 75% of the trip because of the dripping sound. I also asked for the wifi password as it was left off of the welcome message and never got a response. And the towel rack in the bathroom kept falling. Overall one of the worst experiences I've had on VRBO ever.
