The heart of this lively tourist resort is a pedestrian zone with a seemingly endless selection of restaurants, bars with live music, and boutiques. The exclusive marina, with its terraced restaurants offering beautiful views of yachts returning from their day trips, is easily accessible in 5 minutes by car or taxi. Cala d’Or offers a wide range of water sports, and a boat trip along the beautiful southeast coast of Mallorca is also highly recommended. The boat stops at the most beautiful coves and the idyllic fishing villages of Porto Petro and Porto Colom, where, after exploring or taking a refreshing swim, you can board the next boat for the next leg of your journey.

Acebuche is a beautiful house built in the Ibenzec style, airy and filled with natural light, featuring covered terraces and a large garden with lawns. The house is spread over two floors, plus a "casita" (small construction) by the pool with a small bedroom with two single beds, an en-suite shower room, and a small covered terrace. The ground floor of the main house counts with an open-plan living and dining area with comfortable sofas and a dining table. From the living area, you can access a large covered terrace and the garden. The well-equipped kitchen also provides access to the outside. The ground floor also includes three bedrooms: two with twin beds each, both with access to the covered terrace. These two bedrooms share two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with two showers. The third bedroom has twin beds, an en-suite bathroom, and access to a terrace overlooking the pool. The upper floor features a large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a dressing area. The bedroom has direct access to the roof terrace. There is also access to the roof terrace from the garden.

The house boasts a large, well-maintained garden with tall palm trees and mature pine trees that provide pleasant shade. Adjacent to the house is a lovely area with a large covered terrace, comfortable sofas, and a table and chairs for al fresco dining. The garden area, with the beautiful 10m x 5m saltwater pool with its built-in steps and outdoor shower, offers another terrace for sunbathing, furnished with modern loungers and a small table and chairs. It's a perfect spot to enjoy long summer days or to relax with a good book. A built-in barbecue is also available. The pool is fenced for child safety.

All bedrooms, as well as the living and dining area, are equipped with air conditioning (heating/cooling) with set operating hours.
