Amazing Balcony

The balcony with this unit has awesome views and plenty of space for hanging out! We loved the large table and rocking chairs! It’s a very spacious condo with super comfy beds. Everything was great, except some cooking and baking utensils and pans were sparse.

Great for Families from Young to Old

We stayed here with our three kids (13, 11, and 7), and my mother (70+). The location was very convenient to the stairs / elevator and boardwalk to the beach / pool. The size of the condo was perfect for the number of people we had. Mid-week, the owner switched out the couch and loveseat, but removed one of the living room chairs, as well, without replacing it. I am certain the chair will be replaced in the future, but it resulted in tight seating in the living area. (Six cozy seats for a condo that sleeps eight.) The hot water also ran out if we showered at the same time, which was a little inconvenient, since we had three showers, but still had to shower six people sequentially. The balcony was a favorite. Never battered by the sun, we sat out there at all times of day, and ate meals outside. One person commented that the view could be better, as we had a huge sand dune to look around, but we knew that from the pictures, and we could still watch the water, just not see the beach itself. We especially appreciated the inclusion of two umbrellas with four chairs and two bicycles. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Family Vacation

The condo was great but working with Vacasa was difficult. I received lots of emails but many had inaccurate info on them. When I responded with a question to the owner I got a reply from Vacasa that didn’t answer my question. The worst problem came when we arrived and the condo had not been cleaned. I had received multiple emails assuring me that with Covid-19 they were going above and beyond to make sure we were safe and they were meeting government standards. At 4:00 we were told that it would only take about 40 min to clean it. It’s a 3 bedroom/3bath condo!!! IMPOSSIBLE even without going the extra mile needed under COVID-19. To say the least after they left at 5:15 it was still very dirty and definitely not disinfected. I spent quite a bit of time cleaning the condo and disinfecting the surfaces before I could safely allow my family in. I was terribly disappointed in how they handled the situation.
