We were so sad that we could only stay one day in this delightful condo. The view is spectacular. We cook dinner in the condo and had everything we needed. We plan to stay there again.

Great view, nice place, good value for off season. Its an older building, but well maitained. The management company was easy to communicate with. They checked in with us, which was nice.

condo is beautiful and view spectacular. condo was clean but could use a deep clean, master bed is very very high and very hard to get into without a stool, once in is very comfortable . could use some updated cookwear

The hot water heater wasn’t working & it was getting repaired the day I left, and the king size mattress is extremely firm, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. I wanted to let you know so it can be addressed. Great views.

There was a lot that needed updating. It was a good location. Blackout curtains would be nice for the rooms with constant lights outside the windows.

Great location

Beautiful views. We had zero issues while there. The couch is a hidabed and not the most comfortable but there's other chairs and it was just the 2 of us. Nice furniture on the balcony. We would absolutely stay there again if in the area.

Great location!

Condo was exactly as advertised, it was clean and comfortable. The condo pool and hot tub were really nice and it was a short walk to the beach. The beach area never felt crowded and the condo location seemed near to everything. Would 100% stay here again. My only issue was there were only 3 rolls total of toilet paper for two bathrooms and no garbage bags in the kitchen garbage so remember to bring your own!

The view was outstanding. The unit did need some freshening up. The closet door in the small bedroom was off the track (broken), The closet door in the big bedroom was missing a handle (there was only a screw sticking out to grab on to. It appeared kids stayed in the unit prior to us. The remotes for the TVs were not with the TV which they controlled. There was excessive junk in the laundry room and the open network panel there appeared to be a mess (it should not have been open with no way to close it).

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the outstanding view. The maintenance items you mentioned are small concerns that can be addressed fairly easily. We will have maintenance put the closet doors back on track and check on finding a replacement knob for the big bedroom. Occasionally, TV remotes get mixed up, and while we try to ensure all TVs are set up correctly for check-in, sometimes one may be missed. The remotes, cable, and Wi-Fi have been a challenge at Windemere since the contract change with Mediacom in March, but we continue to do our best to keep everything working smoothly. The laundry room contains some extra supplies and a large picture frame, and we keep it as organized as possible. The Wi-Fi cords in the closet are a bit messy, similar to a few other units, but we will work to tidy them up for future guests. We appreciate you sharing your observations, as it helps us continue improving the unit for our guests.
