Ocean Breeze West, the affordable condo directly on the gulf, is perfect for those who enjoy small complexes. The building has 47 units with a Gulf front swimming pool and a large sun deck. This ground floor condo has 980 SF of living area and Gulf Front balcony access from the Living Room and Master Bedroom. Beautiful decor with Ceramic tile throughout. Master and guest bedroom mattresses are new in 2017 (gel foam).

Good Location

The location is great. The view is amazing. The condo is an older unit but for a simple getaway, it is fine.

Ocean Breeze is one of Perdido Keys' firsts complexes built in 1984, but the units are fabulous and our owners have done some great updates since then! Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay!

Relax on the beach

The property was exactly as advertised! Beautiful, fully stocked kitchen, very clean, steps to the beach and the pool. The only thing i was missing was a grill, but it wasn't a huge problem. We will definitely be staying here in the future!

Very Convenient Beach Access

Loved the smaller complex and first floor condo. Very convenient to pool and beach! Living room furniture and televisions could use an update. The condo was very clean.

Greetings and thanks for the fantastic review. Yes, Ocean Breeze is not as big and crowded as the other Condos here in Perdido Key. It's a favorite of many of our guests who are looking for a Condo that's not so tall and crowded. Thanks for the feedback with the Living Room. We will definitely reach out to the Owner of this unit for updates. Our Housekeeping Team always does a great job of keeping the Condos very clean. Needs updates

Stay was good and you can't beat the location. The living room furniture needs to be replaced as they were extremely uncomfortable. Everything else was great.

A beautiful condo and view, but…

The condo was good overall, in-processing was great. The view was great. We had a great time. Just some things to look into. Consider getting a new a/c, that will help better air circulation in the condo. Also, the secondary bathroom’s door, the paint has been worn off completely on the bottom of the door. One of the lights above the right side the tv is not working, light is out. But all in all place was very nice.
