The Space:

High Pointe 2323 This elegant condo sitting on the third floor offers great views overlooking the pool and out over the horizon of the Gulf of Mexico. The well-equipped modern kitchen and living area with upscale furnishings offer an open concept with plenty of space for the entire family. Pickleball courts and tennis courts are both on-site - a coveted and rare amenity in the area!



The Merchants of Seacrest Beach is located directly across the street less than 0.2-miles from the resort and has several boutiques and restaurants. There are also plenty of ice cream, coffee, snack, jewelry and t-shirt shops there as well. One mile away are the shops of 30Avenue with several exquisite dining options. 10 miles east you will find Pier Park in Panama City Beach.

Great stay!

This unit was perfect for our family of 4! Great location and easy access to the beach. We enjoyed having the 2 chairs and umbrella and our kids LOVED the pool. There are great restaurants near by!

Best Thanksgiving ever!!!

It was a great place, close to everything. My friends stayed there 2 times prior and invited us to come up and meet them for the holiday. So happy we did, it was great and will be back again and again for sure!!!!

Beautiful condos

This condo was very nice. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Kid friendly huge pool and close to amazingly gorgeous white sand beach. Lovely upscale area. We will definitely visit again soon.

High end accommodations in gorgeous setting

We entered into a condo that is luxuriously appointed It was immediately “ahhh.” Every detail was beautiful and it was also comfortable. The property location is perfect for relaxing with a gorgeous view in easy sight and for going out for dinner, drinks and shopping.

Spring Break

We had a great time! The condo was convenient to shops and restaurants. All within walking distance. We loved being on the beach side and the pool was amazing. There were many kids out riding bikes but it was spring break and that was to be expected.

Great Vacation

We loved our stay at High Pointe! We loved that the condo came with 2 chairs & an umbrella. Our view of the pool & beach was really nice. Walking distance to coffee & dinner. Not to mention the restaurant right at the beach, so we didn’t have to leave for lunch. Our daughter loved the live music at Peddlers in the evenings. We would definitely come back!

Stay at Highe Pointe 2323

This property was amazing! All was great. Great view of pool and ocean. The fan in the master did not work without light on, the water in the guest bathroom sink did not get warm. Other than that, it was great! Loved the decor and the mood it set!

Lovely weather and beautiful condo view; nice master shower. The pool and amenities were closed.

The condo premises were lovely. Beautiful view. The down side was pool closed 6 out of 7 days; security gates not working and elevator out of service multiple days. We have stayed at High Pointe for 10 years - this was the first year that we experienced the loss of amenities. We were supplied 2 arm bands initially though we secured our reservation with 4 people. Tatianne B was helpful in Vacasa office.

Photos deceiving/didn’t get what was promised

Won’t stay again. Pros: very good location Nice pool Cons: *Condo is in disrepair. Tons of unrepaired damage to the walls, furniture, etc. broken furniture in multiple places, torn pillows, poorly patched walls, broken lights, broken tiles, lights that didn’t work, loose outlets, and more. *Not very clean. Stained towels, very dirty walls, bad smell like vomit in kitchen, dirty sofas, stained blankets, mold around bathroom sink, stained ironing board, etc. *Uncomfortable beds. Mattress in 2nd bedroom had such a deep sag in the middle you had to sleep on the very edge of the bed. *Photos very deceiving. Decor is very old, unmatched and looks generally like all the furniture and wall hangings came from multiple old houses. Furniture looks to be about 20 years old and like it came from my grandmothers house. *The bikes that were promised were not there. After spending a day on the phone I was told that no one could help me because the attendant only works from 8-5 M-F. I never received a call the next day and never got a resolution and wasn’t able to use any bikes. Since people come for the weekend usually, and we were only there for a few days, this was not acceptable. I paid an amount based on promised amenities. This should really be refunded. Condo was priced similarly to others in the area and value was bad. I have stayed at others in this area that were much better. Did not get my moneys worth for sure.
