Everything was excellent, the check in process, the cleanliness, beach view. All of it was fantastic!Only a couple of things I didn't like, the first one is the "blankets" on all the beds were so thin it was like a textured sheet and I kept getting cold at night with the air set at 74. The second thing was one of my toddlers threw up in the night on our bed and there were no extra sheets and the host never got back with me about new sheets when I was there. So maybe some thicker blanket options and extra sheets in the closets.

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Plenty of room for 6 adults and one child that stayed with us. Would definitely book again.

Great location, amenities & access to the beach with no effort!

Great property! Clean, spacious and the location cannot be beat for a family. The only hindrance was the WiFi not being accessible, but we were at the beach or pool the majority of the time so it wasn’t a huge concern.

Very nice place

The place was gorgeous. We definitely enjoyed ours stay. My wifes only complaint was the master balcony sliding door was to hard for her to open and close. Livingroom one worked perfect. Definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful family vacation!

Beautiful, well-appointed condo. Shrimp festival added interesting activities on days too cold for the beach-plus great food! The zoo is AWESOME. So cosey and intimate and the staff is so friendly. Highly recommend an afternoon trip!

Great Stay Right on the Beach

Overall a great place to stay. Easy location right on the beach and a nice balcony to sit. Parking was easy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were nice. The room was also above the pool area so it was easy for the my family to watch the little ones play while we were at the pool. It was a good condo for a good price.The only real issues we had was some of the electrical receptacles did not work and the water took some time to get warm. Nothing major but things to take note of.

The pictures don’t do this space JUSTICE! It was beautiful, bother a little by the security guard but that was also a positive knowing they have security on the property.

The property is great. Easy access to the beach, nice space, beautiful views, quiet neighbors, good location, clean enough.I definitely recommend the property. Our problem was the Avari Management. Before our stay they sent me several nice messages saying “we are here for all your needs/anytime, just call us”. Well, we needed covers. With 10 people sharing an apartment, the A/C will be running and at night some of the people will get cold. Covers and blankets are necessary. I called to ask for some assistance, and two very rude managers (both named Catlhyn) told me there was blankets in the property. We found 3 throw covers, very small. When I said it wouldn’t be enough, they told me I should have looked at the pictures of the beds, and if that white cover wasn’t thick enough, I should have brought covers from home…. I told the woman I couldn’t see how thick are the covers through the pictures, but she guaranteed me she could!Also, the sofa bed in the living room was nasty. It had food on it, and it’s broken. My 70 years old Mother in law sat on it and fell down, because it was missing springs that suppose to support the mattress. The mattress is basically “noon-existent” and my kid couldn’t sleep in it… I hope the owners can get it fixed. It’s a really nice place.. if you don’t need to use the sofa bed or covers, it’s a 10/10!

Nice property

Nice property. Great location. Easy to get around. Very good elevator service. Attentive security. Met us as we pulled in. Checked us in quickly and explained how to get around the complex.Only a couple of issues...the patio door I the master bedroom was impossible to open. Seemed to be off track.TV in master bedroom had a few issues with connecting.

Fantastic

When we looked at the property we thought there were 2 floor level twin beds. When we arrived they were stacked. We were a group of women 75+ in years so that did not work. Everything else was great. Perhaps a few ties towels in the kitchen would be nice.
