I was only sent an e/mail that my booking was confirmed. Did not get an e-mail about check-in or the codes to do so. I sat in the parking lot for an hour and a half, when I finally checked my credit card charge and found a number of someone to call. Once I did that I was able to make progress and get checked in. The unit was not as clean as VRBO would want. Good crumbs in the utensil draw and on the coffee table in the living room. For a short stay, not receiving any check-in information was unacceptable.
