Superior Chalet with 5 bedrooms and sauna & pool

On 150 m², our Superior Chalet with pool and sauna provides ample space for up to 10 people. Your holiday home features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with WC / shower (hairdryer available, 4 en suite, 1 bathroom with Bali-shower and sauna, 1 bathroom with bath tub and shower). You will be sleeping on comfortable box-spring double beds.



The kitchen is fully equipped. In other words: Kitchen amenities include cutlery, crockery and pots & pans, a ceramic range, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, along with other appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle and coffeemaker (capsule (Nespresso) and filter machine). A small ALPS RESORTS starter set including dishwasher tab, dishwasher detergent (sample size), sponge, trash bag, cleaning cloth and dishcloth is provided for you upon arrival.



Highlight: The private wellness area with pool (27° C) on the terrace and sauna. The accommodation is located approximately 300 m from the slopes.

Wi-Fi is included, Sat-TV. All pictures are intended as examples only. Each unit is individually furnished.

Das Haus ist perfekt, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, Der Wohnraum und die Terrasse sind super, der Pool war für die Kinder sensationell, alles in allem wirklich perfekt. Leider lag die Sauberkeit in vielen Kleinigkeiten im Argen. Unter den Betten lagen z.B. Sachen von den Vorbewohnern. Außerdem wurde die Reklamation eines defekten Stuhls innerhalb von 7 Tagen nicht beachtet.

Osterferien in der Steiermark

Der erste Eindruck des Hauses war super. Nach genauerem hinsehen verging die gute Laune. Spülmaschine war noch voll. Gläser im Schrank kaputt. Coctailmaker klebrig. Pfanne total zerkratzt und Flusen, Krümel etc. auf dem Fußboden. Das versprochene Starterset mit Putzlappen, Geschirrtuch ,Spüli und Tab fehlte auch. Spinnweben im Holzgebälk unter der Decke. Nadem wir dann zur Rezeption gingen um Abhilfe zu schaffen, bekamen wir Gläser, Pfanne etc. gebracht und konnten ein Starterset sofort mitnehmen. Somit konnten wir zumindest schmutzige Sachen selber spülen. Nachdem wir dann das Haus gesaugt und sauber gemacht haben, Gläser und Pfanne im Haus hatten, konnte der Urlaub beginnen. Die Kinder und auch wir Erwachsenen hatten Spaß im 31°C warmen Pool. Abends ging es in die Sauna. Sehr entspannend nach einer langen Wanderung durch die wunderschönen Berge. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und keinesfalls durchgelegen. Wlan war ebenfalls gut. Es gab keine Schwierigkeiten auch wenn viele gleichzeitig surfen.

Super schönes Haus. Tolles Ambiente. Gute Ausstattung. Einfache Abwicklung. Pool war defekt. Hätte schneller repariert werden können. Einige Dinge im Haus waren nicht Sauber aber nicht dramatisch.

Gute Gesamtausstattung, sehr schön gestaltet. Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut und hochwertig. Privat Pool und Sauna sind toll. Schöne, gemütliche Atmosphäre im Wohn-/Essbereich mit Kamin. Außenpool bitte eins paar Grad wärmer stellen. Bessere Außenbeleuchtung zum Hauseingang, teilweise sieht manche im Dunkeln die Treppenstufen nicht. Duschvorhang zum Waschbecken, damit dies nicht so nass wird da keine Stufe oder Wasserablauf dazwischen ist. Evtl ein Abtropfgestell für Geschirr.

Perfekter Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus war für uns ein Traumhaus. Ein toller Aufenthaltsbereich, schöne Zimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad und alles sehr schick. Das Wetter hat am Anfang nicht ganz mitgespielt, aber der eigene beheizte Pool und die Sauna waren unsere tägliche Oase nach den Ausflügen in die Berge. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Großartig, aber noch nicht fertig

der große Wohn- & Essbereich, die Sauna mit dem Pool gleich zum rausgehen, die Terrasse und der große Balkon, die vielen großen Glasfenster sind unglaublich für einen tollen Ausblick in die Berge und die Umgebung, die Ausstattung ist beste Qualität und alles ist da, das man braucht! Das Chalet kann ich nur empfehlen, es ist perfekt für einen gemeinsamen Familienurlaub! Aufgrund der Umstände, dass der Bau des Resorts noch nicht fertig gestellt ist, sind uns immer wieder Mängel aufgefallen. Z.b. funktionierte die Heizung sowie die Temperatureinstellung nicht immer, der Pool war zu kalt und konnte sich kaum erwärmen. Der Staubsauger funktionierte leider nicht und auch der Fernseher hatte noch kein Signal. Leider konnte auch das Wlan nicht genutzt werden da es immer wieder zu Schwierigkeiten kam. In den Zimmern fehlten Kleiderhaken, Papierrollenhalter oder ähnliche Kleinigkeiten.
