The plugs in the room did not all work and that was a little issue with my c-pap. Also , the pool was not clean and it was shut down for 24 hours . Does need some updating before I would go back. Including the restroom. Getting in the room was good but we did not have departure instructions . We started dishes and places towels in pile and removed all trash .

気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
They didn’t let us know the room was ready. We had to contact them and when we did they didn’t know what unit we were in. Sent the access code through email and that wasn’t even the code. Had 5 remotes in the living room and none worked in the tv. Turned it on manual and couldn’t get the volume to go down or change the channel. Hair was on the shower wall and stains in the toilet. Was leaving the room to go get dinner and door wouldn’t lock. Contacted host and had to wait 45 minutes for locksmith to get there. Headboard in mater bedroom wasn’t even connected to bed and was leaning towards us. Could not park our vehicle under the condo because there isn’t enough room. Kids running up and down upstairs and scould hear sliding door slamming in master bedroom from tenants upstairs. Definitely will not be staying there again. Was overpriced and needs a lot of work done in the condo.
