In the large detached roof house (approx. 70 sqm) you live on two levels. Two separate bedrooms are located on the upper floor and are accessible by stairs. Living and dining area as well as kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave and shower/WC are located on the ground floor. The house has a private terrace with garden and a car parking space.
