Set in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, this charming Martha’s Vineyard home offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and understated luxury in the heart of Edgartown. Perfect for families or couples traveling together, the home features three well-appointed bedrooms, one with a king bed and two with queen beds, along with two full bathrooms thoughtfully designed for comfort and ease. With both air conditioning and heating, the home is comfortable in every season.

Tucked within the tranquil Sandy Valley neighborhood, the setting is serene and relaxing—an ideal place to enjoy slow mornings, quiet evenings, and the best of Vineyard living. Despite its peaceful surroundings, the property is exceptionally central, with easy access to Airport Road and County Road for convenient travel throughout the island. Downtown Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, and Vineyard Haven are each just a short drive away, placing restaurants, boutique shopping, ferries, and harbor activities within easy reach.

My name is Brandon, and I was born and raised on Martha’s Vineyard. Alongside my two sisters, Danielle and Kendra, I am proud to share this special home with you in the quiet and peaceful Sandy Valley neighborhood.

This property is especially meaningful to our family, but it is not our first experience as hosts. Over the years, our family has owned and managed vacation homes on Martha’s Vineyard, along the South Shore of Boston, and in Charleston, South Carolina. Those experiences have shaped the way we host today, with a genuine commitment to creating an exceptional guest experience and a Vineyard vacation you will want to return to year after year.

We believe in caring for our guests the same way we would care for family. From thoughtful preparation before your arrival to attentive, responsive support during your stay, we work hard to make your time here feel easy, comfortable, and memorable. We also have a trusted team of local professionals nearby, so if anything is needed during your visit, help is always close at hand.
