You're also a few blocks away from hiking at the Fred Wolff Nature Preserve, and a short drive from golfing, restaurants, and more.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Lovely Home with Pool

Loved this home. The size was perfect. Home was clean, pool was the perfect size. Lots of amenities & sizable kitchen for cooking & entertaining. Definitely recommend for a great stay.

We loved La Quinta!

The only thing I would have changed was allowing for earlier check in. Waiting for 4hours was a bit frustrating but everything else was great.

Vacasa bad mgmt company

House was great. The rest not so much. La Quinta put all kind of rules and regulation in place so you are afraid even to stay and talk over a coffee is “too early”. 150/day to heat hot tub (really, who wants a a cold hot tub) info which is not part of description until you receive the vacasa package is over the top.. To summarize - I will never rent with Vacasa to whom VRBO passes the complains.

Expectations should be higher

For the prices charged for this weekend, I would have expected the home to be clean and ready on time. It was not. I hope it isn’t this way for everyone else, because the house was otherwise pretty nice.

Desert getaway

Great house, great pool with Mountain View, well appointed and maintained. Did not care for Vacasa’s customer service which I had to contact for pool heat. Emails stated 24 hour advance notice needed in some places and 72 hours in others for pool heat. After 3 calls and being placed on long holds over the course of several days, I was denied heat but the local Vacasa Rep straightened it out in the end. I will stick with owner managed properties after this experience which is a shame as we really enjoyed the property once there.

Great house...

Great house, but not the right location for us. We’ll be headed back to Palm Desert next time. The house is perfect for vacation. Nice set up. Easy to keep clean. Quiet neighborhood. The bed in the master was really comfortable. It’s just to far away from restaurants that we like and golf courses I play. Also, make sure you read the “not so fine print”. Though a pool and hot tub are prominently displayed in the ad, it costs an extra $70 per day to heat them. I don’t know where the $70 went, but the pool was cold the first day (even though I told them we would pay the extra cost three days before our arrival) and never really that comfortable and the hot tub was barely warm.

Sending this review on the public page as inquiries and requests were sent to Vacasa on three separate occasions during our 7 day stay, we did not hear back from them once. The house set up was fine, comfortable and interior was clean. The exterior pool/spa photo did by no way portray what was actually there. It was not blue as shown but rather dirty, leaf filled and not cleaned at any time during our stay even after requests we made to the property management. Plants around the front area not maintained.

Not the best experience

Inside the house was clean and there was all the things that we needed.The neighborhood was pleasant and quiet. However around the pool wasn’t clean we understand leaves and bugs on the surface of pool but we don’t understand birds guano all around the pool . We had to clean all of it. The second problem was our blonde hair and nails turned to green when we entered the pool.We have been to the different houses every summer in Palm Spring but this has never happened to us.We had to spend extra money to get our hair color back.

Spring Break 2022

We enjoyed our stay at LaQuinta Cove. We went hiking nearby as well as made trips to Joshua Tree, the zoo, and into Palm Springs. The house was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and patio (we did pay for heat during our stay since the night temps were in the upper 50s to the lower 60s). The home managers were easy to contact - we had the unfortunate need to call in the middle of the night due to a CO detector malfunction. The on call person was helpful and got us taken care of quickly and got us back to bed within a short amount of time. Only wishes for the home were a pot holder to take items out of the oven, some aluminum foil, and baggies.

Friends rendezvous

Friends rendezvous. It was a great house and a nice location. There were five of us, and the only complaint was that the shared bathroom is pretty small. It would’ve been nice to have maybe a half bath as well. The neighborhood is nice, and lots of walking and hiking very close by! We did not cook any meals inside or out, but the kitchen and outdoor kitchen were both really nice looking! The living room could’ve used a little more seating as the bedrooms easily sleep six adults. There’s really only room for three (or four very cozy) people to sit and watch TV.

Wonderful stay and great service!

The home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our group. (Two couples and our 1.5 year old son) We had a great experience with Mo from Vacasa who made our check in process super easy and made herself available later in the day when we had some follow up questions about the pool. Thank you Mo! The home has everything you need (and everything is well labeled!) Mints on the pillows and mini shampoos/conditioners made it feel like a hotel stay! We look forward to returning!

Rethink kitchen

Lovely comfortable home. Very clean. Problems in kitchen, 4 dinner fork but plenty of salad forks which don’t work well cutting steak. Pots and pans a good brand but non stick coating damaged and it’s not recommended to use with such damage. Toilet paper will take a layer off you bottom it’s so cheap. Manager of property insisted on FaceTime due to “COVID”. Just prior to renting this home had rented one in the mountains of California with no such condition.

Beautiful Vacation

I am very satisfied with my stay at this beautiful home. It’s beautiful on the listing, but it was sooo much more beautiful in person. I was amazed! The whole process was simple and easy. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Palm Spring ls weekend getaway

Loved the pool. Was chilly not heated however want going to pay $72 a day for the heat. It was perfectly refreshing for our use What was not good is the coffee maker was broken. So NO Coffee

Great House, Great Location Great Check In/Out Process

Loved it, loved it!! Not much to say their description and reviews are 100% accurate and real! Bonus would be the price 🤝🤗👍🏻 Only complaint would be the additional fee to get jets and heat in the jacuzzi, shouldn’t that be part of it??? Anyways, not needed since temp was pretty hot!!!

March 2021 stay.

My family enjoyed our stay for spring break. The photos of the house we true to what was there. Very comfortable and private feeling whether out front by the pool or in the backyard on the patio. The location was great for quick access to trails as well as the downtown. The house was well supplied. We would stay again.

Nice spot in the Cove

It is a nice updated home with plenty of room for 4-6 adults. Having a private pool in a courtyard was a nice bonus. Especially with Covid concerns. The Cove is a mixed neighborhood of residents and vacationing people so I can understand the need to be respectful as the houses are close together. Overall a nice stay for a family that wants to lay low and relax.
