気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Host did not contact to prepare us for check-in. Not sure they were expecting us at all! When I contacted about check-in time that’s whenEverything came to light. We had no place to stay! Elevator was supposedly broken to the apartment on the 6th floor and they didn’t think we would want to stay. This was 5 hours beforecheck-in time!! How does this ever happen?? Is it fraud? I certainly questioned it. I did receive a refund from host, but not the full refund. Had to contact VRBO for that and receive the remainder from them. They handled that immediately. They were excellent in helping me!Air conditioning is also not in the bedroom areas at all. Only some air in the living space.
