Very nice place. It would be nice if the room with the queen sized bed had a dresser. They offer early check in and late checkOut but don’t tell you until very last minute if it was accepted or not.

There is no garage or onsite parking. Parking is located in public lots.

The property is modern and clean, will all amenities that a person may need. Enjoyed the rooftop pool and jacuzzi, and bbq area. Other guest and residents were friendly and helpful. Very walkable to nearby spots like the Music Box, Little Italy Farmers Market, and Gaslamp. Would recommend for families who want to stay together.

Property Manager was extremely responsive and answered any questions promptly. Also very flexible with check-in, check-out. The property was clean, comfortable and had fantastic amenities. Not to mention the location close to Little Italy.

Great rooftop pool, comfortable kitchen and living room. Xlnt location and easy walk to Little Italy. Poor soundproofing for a second floor unit near a fire station, and looking out on a motel 6 parking lot and freeway on-ramp - all to say it’s very loud at night. Bedroom window coverings do little to block light from street or other buildings. Would probably be fine if you brought ear plugs and eye mask. Unit was largely clean except for a bundle of someone’s hair on the bedroom floor. Bathroom fan didn’t turn on. Bedroom electrical outlet smashed behind bed.

We're sorry the night noise made rest harder than it should have been; this home sits in the heart of an active downtown, and we've since added sound machines to every bedroom to help guests sleep more easily. We've also shared your note on the window coverings with the team responsible for the home. The cleanliness miss and the items you flagged in the bedroom and bath have been reviewed with our housekeeping and maintenance teams, and the bathroom fan has been tested and confirmed working. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and should you consider staying with us again, we'd welcome the chance to make the nights as good as the days.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! The apartment was modern, cute, very clean, and looked just as nice as we hoped. It was perfect for our group of four, and we even had two friends come over to pregame before our event. The living room comfortably accommodated all six of us without feeling too crowded.There were just a few minor things I would suggest for improvement, but none of them would keep us from booking again. The biggest issue was an extremely unpleasant trash/sewage smell in the downstairs lobby/elevator area, which seemed to be coming from the building’s trash chute. Thankfully, the smell did not carry into the apartment at all, so once we were upstairs it wasn’t an issue.The shower also had a slight mildew smell. I am pretty sensitive to smells, so others may not notice it as much, but I think replacing the fabric shower curtain liner with a plastic/waterproof liner would help.Parking was probably the only real inconvenience. Since this is an upscale residential apartment complex, I was a little surprised that the unit didn’t include at least one designated parking space for guests staying there. Having one reserved spot would make the experience much easier.Overall, though, these were minor inconveniences compared to how much we enjoyed the apartment itself. It was clean, comfort

Beautiful clean property. Homeless people across the street with a fight at night. 5 star hotel prices were several hundred dollars a night less. Good location for farmers market and restaurants.
