This comfortable town house in Badia Gran in the south of Mallorca conveys a wonderful feeling of well-being. The rocky coastline with fantastic sea views is only 600 metres away, and the 5 km distant Playa de Rocas Delta, with its turquoise blue water, offers excellent diving and snorkeling. The beautiful bay and beach of Cala Pi is only a 15-minute drive away, and a supermarket is just around the corner. This delightful holiday home has 150 sqm of living space providing everything a holidaymaker's heart desires.

The living room is decorated in cream tones and has comfortable sofas with large pillows, flat screen TV and a glass dining table, and on cooler days warmth is provided by a crackling, wood-burning stove.

From the living area is access to the terrace with a dining table, the ideal place to start the day with a hearty breakfast overlooking the pool. And the fully equipped kitchen leaves no culinary wishes. After an eventful vacation day the guests can retire to the 4 tastefully furnished bedrooms.

The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a double bed, a terrace and en suite bathroom with bathtub and double washbasins, and the large wardrobe has ample storage space. There is also another double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The 4th bedroom is equipped with a single bed and a sofa bed and there are 2 more modern bathrooms with bath or shower.

Swim in the 7-meter-long pool or simply sunbathe, and in the evenings enjoy delicious barbecue dishes and cool drinks on the terrace.
