Vacation apartment (45m2) in the basement with terrace

Our vacation apartment, with 45 square meters of living space on the lower level, can accommodate 1–3 people. The apartment has been lovingly furnished in a modern and comfortable style. It consists of a kitchen-living room with a couch area, a spacious bedroom, and a shower with a toilet. The cozy living area, featuring a sofa bed and satellite TV, is perfect for relaxing. The fully equipped kitchenette, featuring a refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric stove, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishes, dish towels, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and egg cooker, leaves nothing to be desired. Internet access and Wi-Fi are available. Bedding and free replacement of hand and bath towels are included in the room rate. The apartment has a separate entrance. It features its own terrace and a parking space directly in front of the house. Vacations with pets (including dogs) are possible upon request. Payment is made in cash on site. Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Check-in and check-out times can also be arranged at other times upon consultation. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are allowed upon request (fee: 8.00 EUR per pet per day).
