The Landidyll 01 vacation rental is a newly renovated and modernly furnished duplex apartment (completed in July 2020) with three rooms that can accommodate up to 5 people (4 adults and 1 child).<br><br>The apartment spans three floors and is located in the main building of a former farmhouse. The property is situated in a quiet location not far from a natural beach, cliffs, and the coastal bike path in Elmenhorst, just outside Boltenhagen (about a 10-minute drive).<br><br>This stylish vacation apartment features a spacious living area with a cozy dining area and a modern kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a guest restroom, and a storage room. With approximately 80 m² of space, you can enjoy a wonderful family getaway that offers all the comforts you need as well as unspoiled nature.<br><br>An outdoor staircase next to the spacious south-facing terrace leads to the stylishly furnished living and dining area. The adjoining modern kitchen features a fridge-freezer, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with oven, dishwasher, and microwave—and, of course, all the necessary kitchen utensils.<br><br>The entire apartment is chic and functional, instantly making you feel right at home. A 55-inch TV is available in the living area. The inviting dining table offers plenty of space for leisurely meals with the whole family.<br><br>On the first floor, you’ll also find a modern guest restroom. There’s also a storage room where you’ll find a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning supplies, and where you can store your suitcases.<br><br>In the hallway alcove is the coat closet with space to hang your jackets and store your bags. The entire lower level is equipped with underfloor heating, which provides cozy warmth during the cold months.<br><br>A large wooden staircase leads you to the hallway on the first floor. From here, you can access the spacious shower room or the cozy bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm). There is also a TV available there. The room is also furnished with a small desk where you can write postcards about your fantastic stay on the Baltic Sea coast. You can store your vacation wardrobe in the closet and on an open shelf.<br><br>Another open staircase leads to the second bedroom, which has been furnished with great attention to detail. This room also features a double bed (160 x 200 cm) under the sloped ceiling. The room also features an additional single bed (80 x 200 cm) and ample storage space. Of course, there’s a TV here as well for some entertainment.<br><br>All rooms are fitted with high-quality designer flooring, and the bedrooms can be darkened using pleated blinds.<br><br>Since the individual floors are not physically separated from one another, stair gates have been installed for the safety of small children. The apartment has a charcoal grill.
