Vacation Rental 06-7 at the Papillon Resort is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

Spanning two floors, this modern 4-room vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor and features a balcony facing southwest. The apartment has its own entrance via an outdoor staircase and, with approximately 70 m², offers spacious vacation accommodations for up to six people. The living area is divided into a living and dining area, three bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is only about 250 m away from the Papillon vacation complex.

From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished balcony. The comfortable upholstered seating area in the living room invites you to relax. Feel free to use the flat-screen TV with built-in DVD player and the stereo system for entertainment. The dining area, which seats six people, is also located here. In the well-equipped kitchenette, you’ll find not only dishes but also a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The entire apartment features high-quality designer flooring.

The lower bedroom features two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe.

An internal staircase leads you to the second floor, which has two bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player. One of the bedrooms features two single beds (100 x 200 cm) for a modern sleeping arrangement, and the second bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm). The windows in all bedrooms can be darkened with a roller shade.

The modern, tiled shower room features a walk-in shower with clear glass, a toilet, and two sinks.

Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the house. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

In Building 6, coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located right next to the building. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this vacation rental. You can park additional vehicles in the public, paid parking lots in town.

The Papillon vacation village, located in a quiet yet central spot on the outskirts of Boltenhagen, invites you to enjoy a cozy vacation. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandbox, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon vacation complex. On the first floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bike parking space or a bike storage room.
