The “Promenadendeck” vacation rental in the Waterkant complex is a two-room apartment that sleeps up to four people.<br><br>Located on the first floor, this 58 m² vacation apartment features a living room, a separate kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a northwest-facing balcony. The beach is approximately 100 m away.<br><br>The name says it all. On the balcony, there’s a beach chair from which you have a direct view of the Kurhaus and the spa gardens. The town center’s promenade is right at your feet. With such a varied view, you can enjoy many a cup of coffee. The living room is divided into a living and dining area. A couch, two armchairs, and a flat-screen TV are just as much a part of the furnishings as the dining table with 4 chairs and a sideboard. The pull-out double sofa bed (150 x 190 cm) allows the vacation rental to accommodate 4 people.<br><br>Through the hallway, you’ll reach the bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe. The floors in the living room and bedroom are covered with laminate. Curtains on the windows provide blackout coverage. In the bedroom, fly screens provide additional protection.<br><br>The modern L-shaped kitchen, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and microwave, is open to the living room. The apartment includes a functional, tiled shower room. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in this non-smoking vacation rental<br><br>The Waterkant complex is located near the Kurhaus, across from the pier. An underground parking space, a bicycle storage room, and free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) are provided.<br><br>Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. The beach is about 100 m away.<br><br>Some apartments have free Wi-Fi. One free parking space is available for each apartment in the underground parking garage (maximum vehicle height: 1.90 meters).<br><br><br>Vacation apartments at the Waterkant complex<br><br><br>The Waterkant complex offers a total of 29 vacation apartments for two to four people, spread across three buildings situated one behind the other.<br>Thanks to the spacious layout and the modern, comfortable amenities in the vacation apartments, you can enjoy a wonderful Baltic Sea vacation at the Waterkant complex.<br><br>The entrances to Buildings An and B are located at the rear of the building. You can access Building C from the side of the building.<br><br>Some apartments feature a beach chair on the balcony. The kitchenettes are fully equipped, and some include dishwashers. Depending on the amenities and size of the vacation apartments, some feature fireplaces, bathtubs, and, in some cases, washing machines.
