Sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung,mit optimaler Lage zum Strand/Ostsee und ziemlich kurzen Wegen nach Kühlungsborn,Warnemünde und Rostock (mit dem Auto) !Die Gastronomie ist in näherer Umgebung (zu Fuß) sehr eingeschränkt = null und in Börgerende-Rethwisch (nächste Möglichkeit zum Speisen) sind die Preise ziemlich sportlich!!

Was mir in Heiligendamm gefehlt hat, war zumindest ein Bäcker vor Ort, wo man sich am frühen Morgen mit frischen Brötchen oder Brot eindecken könnte. Gerade als Mieter einer Ferienwohnung wäre das schon schön. Für jeden nötigen Einkauf musste man immer mindestens 5 km fahren. Ansonsten ein Ort, an dem man auch mal die Seele baumeln lassen kann. War jetzt vor Ostern noch nicht so überlaufen, wie z.B. in Kühlungsborn.

Eine schöne Anlage, direkt am Meer, eine tolle Wohnung, zum Wohlfühlen, auch in den Wintermonaten. Das Schwanencafé im Haus ist super. Leider keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort und kaum Gastronomie, jedenfalls zu dieser Jahreszeit.Trotzdem empfehlenswert.
