Located centrally in Port de Pollença, the holiday home Apartamento Brisas consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a television. A cot and a highchair are both available upon request. Outside, you will find a balcony, from which you can enjoy the sea view. The nearest beach (Playa de Pollensa) is 5 minutes walk away (400m). The nearest supermarket is situated on the same road as the house and is just a few steps away (50m). The central location within Port de Pollença provides easy access to the many shops, restaurants and bars within the town. Palma de Mallorca and the airport there is 50 minutes away by car (65km).

The apartment is fantastic. Really can't fault it. First of all it's really big, much bigger than we expected. It has everything you could need during your stay. But the icing on the cake is the view from that balcony. Just fabulous!! Oh and the aircon is one of the best we've had. It's been up to 40 in Mallorca this week so it's been very much appreciated.

Wonderful apartment in the perfect location

Pros: Great communication from Sandra. Her husband Lorenza was there with the keys at the agreed time. All very easy to get in. The view is stunning. The kitchen had all the things you need for self catering. Plenty good size glasses for wine, soda or a beer. Beds are very comfortable. Cons: Nothing. No complaints from this couple. We will be back.

Location Location!

Pros: Sandra the host was lovely. The location was unbeatable, the nicest area of Puerto Pollensa, 2 mins walk to beach. The apartment is very spacious and no outdoor noise (surprising given location but good!) Cons: My main issue was the security. This is a big deal for me, as travelling with young children. Anyone with a key can get in, there is no bolt or chain and no locks on bedroom doors. I didn't like feeling like I couldn't lock us in safely at night. The wifi didn't reach the 2 back bedrooms. The washing machine needs updating, it is old and smelly. There was no focus on the 'little things' no toilet roll, soap, bin bags, coffee, water. For the price I would have expected more attention to detail and more updated appliances.

Wahnsinns Lage, mittelmäßige Ausstattung

Pros: Die Lage, der Blick aus den großen Wohnzimmerfenstern und vom Balkon auf die Marina und den wenige Schritte entfernten Strand ist kaum zu überbieten . Die Möblierung der Wohn- und Schlafzimmer ist sehr ordentlich und gepflegt. Der vorhandene Lift ist positiv zu benennen, da die Wohnung sich im vierten Stock befindet, was wegen des Ausblicks ein Vorteil ist. Cons: 1. Die Austattung der Küche (kein Geschirrspüler, ziemlich abgenutzte Ausstattung, keine Beleuchtung an den Arbeitsbereichen) hat nicht das zu erwartende Niveau. 2. Die Bäder sind sehr klein und würden eine Renovierung benötigen. 3. Die Möbellierung des Balkons sollte unbedingt erneuert werden. Einer der zwei Sessel ist defekt und die „Polster“ sind eine Zumutung. 4. Wenn man auch an Deutsche vermietet, sollte auch deutsches Fernsehen zu sehen sein. Die vorhandene TV-Technik scheint aus den 70ern zu stammen.
