House Rules:
•Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.
•No loud noise or music past 9 PM
•No Shoes inside the property.
•Our home uses well water, which is common in the area. Natural minerals may cause a slight yellow tint in the toilet water, but we have a maintained water softener system in place.
•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.
•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
•Checkin time is 4 PM - 12 AM (fees will apply after 10 PM)
•Checkout time is 10 AM.
•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property.
•No Pre-Checking Bag Storage
•No Pets
•No Parking anywhere other than assigned spaces and available street parking
