THE SPACE



This second-floor walk-up condo features a comfortable, intelligent floor plan with a large living room that flows into the kitchen and adjacent private patio.



While not a luxury property, the condo is tastefully decorated, fairly updated, and kept very clean.



The living room provides space to unwind after the beach for family movie nights or board games (yes, we provide them).



Guests may also enjoy the community pool at Fiesta Sol after a day on the beach and do a final wear out of the kiddos before bed. Please ask on pool hours



KITCHEN & LIVING



The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and cooking essentials for preparing meals & creating great family memories.



Cooking at home can save time and money while still enjoying a relaxed beach vacation.



The living room and both bedrooms include Smart flat screen TVs for your favorite streaming apps.



WiFi is the highest level available on the island, though outages can occur. A cell phone hotspot is recommended if work is required.



For added convenience, the condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer.

While we allow up to 7 people, the condo is most comfortable at that max occupancy with children in the count. We want you to happy, and 7 adults we do not feel will be optimal.



If you plan on using the trundle bed or sleeper sofa, please bring additional bedding. Otherwise clean, fresh towels & lines are provided.



BEACH ACCESS



Public beach access is approximately just 99 steps away.



Many guests bring a wagon if transporting beach gear or pop-up shade tents, though beach toys and towels are not provided.



Charcoal grills are not allowed at the property, but grilling is permitted on South Padre Island public beaches.



PARKING



The property includes free parking for:



• 1 large SUV or 4-door truck

• OR 2 smaller vehicles parked tandem

• OR 1 SUV and 1 golf cart



Unfortunately, guest parking is not available so plan accordingly



If additional parking is needed, nearby options include the post office or Gulf Blvd public street parking.

As previously mentioned, fresh, clean linens and bath towels are provided and for stays 3 nights or more we do offer complimentary linen and towel exchange at the South Padre Trips office.

For those arriving by air, the closest airport is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), approximately a 30-minute drive away. While ride-sharing services are readily available on the island, you'll find that many guests park their car and walk to their destinations. Free parking is provided at the property, accommodating one large SUV or two smaller vehicles parked tandem. Additional parking options include the post office or street parking on Gulf Blvd. Public transportation options are limited on South Padre Island, making a car or ride-sharing the most convenient way to explore the area beyond walking distance.

Please note: Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The condo is a second-floor walk-up; there is no elevator. We provide a starter pack of essential toiletries and cleaning supplies; these are not replenished during your stay. Fresh linens and bath towels are provided, and for stays of 3+ nights, a complimentary exchange is available at the South Padre Trips office. Parking is free for one large SUV/truck, two smaller vehicles parked tandem, or one SUV and one golf cart. Additional parking options include the post office or street parking on Gulf Blvd. Smoking, parties, and loud noises are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Pets are generally not allowed unless the listing specifies otherwise, and a pet fee applies. A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required prior to arrival. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Failure to adhere to check-out procedures (thermostat at 78 degrees, dishes washed, trash removed) may result in a cleaning fee.
