Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the decor, space, and those stunning Bay views. It's fantastic to know our team was helpful and that you found the pool relaxing—both of those are top priorities for us! We apologize for the inconvenience with the gate code. We understand how it could be a bit tricky with multiple vehicles and appreciate your patience with the remote control. Your feedback is invaluable, and we'll certainly look into improving this for future guests. We're grateful for your recommendation and can't wait to welcome you back for another enjoyable stay!

Gerardo, I’m sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We truly appreciate your feedback and always strive to provide accurate descriptions of our properties. I reviewed the listing and couldn’t find a mention of a third-floor balcony, but I’d be happy to clarify any areas that may have caused confusion. Tortuga Bay is a favorite among boaters, though during peak times, parking can be limited. We do offer additional parking at our main office when needed. Regarding the water depth, conditions can vary due to tides and weather, which can impact boating accessibility. We appreciate your comments about the fence and will have our team inspect it right away. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we hope to have another opportunity to host you in the future.

Thank you, Ariana, for taking the time to leave a review. We love the bay views from this condo, and beautiful mornings and evenings. Padre Island Rentals is ready anytime you want to return to the island!

Hi Roxanne, Thanks for sharing your vacation experience at Tortuga Bay letting others know that you found it to be "Perfectly perfect". Many guests also mention how much they love the gradual entry swimming pool, assigned boat slips, and the easy walk to the beach. We appreciate the way your treated our Tortuga Bay as if it were you own and hope to welcome you back soon for your next South Padre Island vacation.

We're so sorry you had this experience. You are correct, this vacation home does mention being pet-free, so I'm not quite sure what happened there. We're so sorry to hear about your son and hope he feels well soon.
