Great location and proximity to U of I! Unfortunately, the home is in need of some interior and exterior maintenance. The added humidity and musty smell from the crawl space below was not pleasant. This was an issue for the allergy sufferers of my family. Not an absolute horrible experience, and the rental property served its purpose for our visit to the area, but we will not be back.
