Schnitzers Ferienheisl is located just outside the village of St. Leonhard in Passeier, a lively holiday resort on the south side of the Ötztal Alps, at 690 m above sea level and. It is only 20 km from the well-known spa town of Meran, which offers an almost inexhaustible range of sports and entertainment possibilities in every season. The holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fireplace, a television and washing machine. A cot and a highchair are both available upon request.
Outside, you will find a private garden and balcony, as well as a covered furnished terrace with a grill. All the outdoor area has remarkable views of the mountains that surround St. Leonhard.
The village is 5 minutes away by car (2km). There you will also find bakeries, restaurants and bars, as well as an outdoor water park, which is open from mid-May to early September. The nearest ski area (Jaufen/Ratschings) is only 15 minutes away by car (17 km). The nearest airport is in Innsbruck, which is 2 hours away by car.
